Originally, me and my father had entered into the store only to price vehicles. We had visited Honda and also Hyundai, and neither of them looked like they wanted to sell cars. Then, we came to Toyota, and Mr.Medina was very helpful answering all my questions. Then he proposed leasing the vehicle instead of looking to buy it. Previous dealers had embedded it in my mind that you had to have a large down payment in order to lease, however Mr.Medina advised us otherwise. He was very helpful. Once he started consulting with Mr.Carter who was also very helpful everything fell into place perfectly. They showed very much enthusiasm about selling a car and that's what made me happy. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car, and i am confident that when my lease is up in 2014 i will be returning to Toyota to receive another vehicle. More
I started with Edmunds.com and got a quote immediately from DCH Brunswick Toyota. They had the best prices from all the Internet quotes that I received from different car dealerships. Me and my wife first went there to do a test drive and I was greeted by Ray and offered immediately to help me out and find the Internet salesperson. I was referred back to Ray to do the test drive and explain the functionality of the vehicle. Eventhough I already knew what the model included through internet research (Toyota Sienna XLE), he went through them one by one. Of course, they tried to see if I was willing to buy that day but I told them just a test drive and they respected that. After reviewing Honda Odyssey, we went back a week later and went straight to Ray. We went over the Internet price and we negotiated with Ray and Alan a very good final price. Alan also worked his magic to make sure I get the price that I wanted. There was no hassle, no pressure, no going back and forth. They worked on the price that we wanted and it only took them a few minutes and they agreed. The rest was just signing the necessary documents and we were out of there in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend that you go to this dealership if you are planning to buy a vehicle. I cannot say enough the great service and attention that Ray and Alan gave me and my wife. We also had our 2 kids in the dealership and they had a small play area that entertained them the few hours that we were there. More

I liked that feeling of not having the "pressure" that typical dealerships evoke. I suppose it's because the cars speak for themselves so there is no need for the sales team to "razzle dazzle" their potential customers. The whole process in the car purchase was very smooth even when we had some car insurance issues. They were right there to advise us on how to proceed. I would definitely suggest all my friends/family to visit them if ever they needed a new car. Those are the best adjectives I could use for this group: straightforward and informative. When looking for my new car I went to quite a few dealerships. I did not feel nearly as comfortable as I did when I arrived at the North Brunswick Toyota. I highly recommend DCH Brunswick Toyota. I can't imagine a better salesman than Ray Medina or internet marketer than Andrea Nieves. Andrea was the most forthcoming person I dealt with in emailing many diff a better salesman than Ray Medina or internet marketer than Andrea Nieves. She gave me her best offer in the first email and had no trouble explaining the all the details and fees--nothing was hidden, no bait-and-switch, no hesitancy to put her offer in writing, no pressure to come to the showroom before giving an offer, or any of the other tactics you frequently encounter. Andrea also patiently and professionally replied to all my email questions. Thanks to the efforts of the internet department, I decided it was worth driving nearly two hours roundtrip to North Brunswick. Ray was a pleasure to deal when I got to the showroom. He did everything he could to make me feel good about purchasing a car at DCH Brunswick. Ray went above and beyond--outstanding customer service, very knowledgeable, gets things done promptly and correctly. He brings so much positive energy to the entire process and never pushed me to get something I wasn't comfortable with. I will always recommend that friends and family interested in buying a Toyota talk to Ray. This dealership should get an additional 5 Stars just for having Ray on their staff! Ray made sure I was satisfied with the "deal" and then went out of his way to assure me --by delivering the new Toyota to me the next morning -- and then making a second delivery by seeing to it and then went out of his way to assure me --by delivering the new Toyota to me the next morning -- and then making a second delivery by seeing to it that I had the mats, etc. I was entitled to (but were not in the new car when it was delivered.). Also have to mention Alan G. Carter, Team Leader, who was very personable and made the sale go very smoothly. (This was the 4th Toyota purchased through this Dealership - but it will not be the last!. They know how to satisfy customers (my son also bought a car here on our recommendation!). More
Our sales guy, Robin, was excellent. However, the experience picking up the car took 2 hours much of it with us waiting. That was frustrating. My car dies out while getting gas at a rest stop on the NJ Turnpike. I was towed to DCH Brunswick Toyota the Sat before Memorial day weekend, it was very late and they were closed already. I could see the lights were on in the front office and there was two gentelmen inside the office. One came outside and greated me and my family. I asked him if there was a rental car company close by becuase we were from out of town and I needed to get to family function that night. The Service manager Michael DeAngelis went to the vehicle, diagnosed it as a defective battery. Pushed the car inside the shop and told me he would have us fixed up in a jiffy. We were invited into the waiting area by Richard Mootz. He saw my wife and son were very hot from being in a tow truck so he offered them some ice cream, when I re joined them in the waiting room he offered my some as well. I have to say for 2 managers to stop what they were doing after hours, fix my car,treat a out of town customer like family is something you do not see often. Dch Company should be very proud to have dedicated managers like these gentelman. Thanks again for saving our weekend. More
