We started off by walking the door during Hurricane Irene and being greeted professionally by Sales Manager Alan Carter who inquires about our visit and redirects us to Sales & Leasing Consultant Robin Evere and being greeted professionally by Sales Manager Alan Carter who inquires about our visit and redirects us to Sales & Leasing Consultant Robin Everett who gives a quality presentaion about the Toyota line and takes my wife and I out in a new automoble for a detailed test ride...We then went through the pricing process which was PAINLESS..and agreed to pricing and date of pick up..which unfortunately could not be during the hurricane due to insurance reasons..so we came back the next business day and met with Alan and Robin to go over our purchase and then it happened...We had to meet with FINANCE and were greeted by Patrick Steadman who walked us through a powerful presentation and another PAINLESS process signing the papers so we could take our new car home...These three emn get an A+ for everything that happened because it was a PAINLESS and Pleasureable event..T H A N K Y O U DCH Toyota....Ritamrie and Roy Minieri More

When I told my mechanic friend in Brooklyn the particulars. he gushed that the next time he buys a car he will send my wife who found DCH Toyota of Brunswick on the net. The staff could not have been more thorough, professional and considerate and I really believe I will be a customer with them for life. They took a less than desirable trade-in and dealt with us with sincerity and forthrightness. I could not recommend these people and this dealership more highly. More

David approved me for a car but only after LYING to the bank and telling them that I still worked at the old company that was on my credit report. He then asked me to ask my old job to lie and say I still worked there so I could get approved for the truck that I have wanted for 2 years. He let me drive around in it for days before explaining HIS SCREW UP. He then tried to back track and tell me that he never told the bank that I still worked for this company when I told him that it was FRAUD to ask my old company to say I worked there still. DON'T LIE TO MY FACE AND INSULT ME! I AM NOT A LIAR AND KNOW WHAT YOU SAID DAVID ALARCON. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! More

I had visited this dealer four times to buy a new vehicle. First time, I had test drive on RAV4. Second Time, I tried Venza. Third time, I went to talk about the price. Fourth time, the dealer matched the price I want (this price is a good, I could not get from the nearby dealers), and I picked up the venza 2011. I had previously purchased a car from Carter at another dealer. As that had been a favorable experience, I decided to find him and see if we could work out another deal. Alan produced a good price, and I spent less than two hours at the dealer finishing the paperwork and picking up the car. I didn't need to call another dealer and get another price because I was confident that Carter and DCH would give me a good price and an easy closing. I was not disappointed. I have another car coming off lease in May, and my first call will go to Alan Carter. More

Best dealership I have been to in a long while. I've been to many dealerships in the past 15 years and had purchased a new toyota in 2002 and 2006. I really felt that this dealership (DCH BRUNSWICK TOY been to many dealerships in the past 15 years and had purchased a new toyota in 2002 and 2006. I really felt that this dealership (DCH BRUNSWICK TOYOTA)provided the whole package in great customer service with no 'pushy' sales persons in any of the departments (sales or finance). They worked with me in finding the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The dealership has many cars to choose from and every one of the cars look very well kept in a very spacious lot. Would definitely recommend this dealer to all my friends and family. Especially the sales people I dealt with Henry Rey Rojas 'Excellent' in understanding what I wanted, and being the perfect sales person to communicate this to the Sales Manager Luis Mejia who worked with me in establishing the right price. He was very friendly and reasonable, and 'NOT' pushy at all. Also excellent service from the Finance manager Jeff Torres who described each of the products in detail and very knowledgeable of each of the services that Toyota provides. In short if your looking for 'EXCELLENT 5 STAR' customer service 'NO' pushy sales persons and 'GREAT PRICE' AND VEHICLES to choose from DCH BRUNSWICK TOYOTA was that experience for me.
