Didnt think DCH bruns. had the vehicle in stock that I was looking for so I went to a local competitor. Saw a vehicle on the lot and was ready to make a deal. I had shopped for a vehicle at a different Toyota dealership and was far from impressed by the Sales Consultant and the quality of service I was getting. With that said, I contacted the internet sales department and spoke with Michelle Mojica at DCH Brunswick Toyota and instantly felt like I was important. Michelle was great and very helpful. A day later, I contacted her and with no notice, told her that I was coming to the dealership to look at the car. She was very accommodating, and had a sales consultant ready for me. I met with Ray Medina, discussed all of my requirements, and had a very fair and honest sales negotiation. He did a great job of meeting my needs and making the entire sale process as easy as possible (Let's face it, car purchases are a stressful experience and he did a great job of making sure it wasn't).
