I was first impressed with Larry Hart , I requested a price quote via internet,he not only gave me one, but three on different cars. I had visted two other Toyota dealers on Rt 22, NJ and one in Jersey City, I left those dealerships feeling so beat up on, I wanted to cry. I almost gave up on the Toyota Camry I been wanting for 8 years, to go with a Honda. But DCH Brunswick Toyota staff change all of that. DCH Borth Brunswick Toyota should give classes to other Toyota dealership on how to treat customers. I was more happy purchasing my 2012 Toyota Camry than when I purchased my house a few years ago. What a great experience! I received a note in the mail from DCH Brunswick Toyota, that I could get out of my lease early if I came in during the month of November. I leased a 2009 Rav4. Lisa was so great to deal with. She is very straight forward, no BS. She stayed to true to everything she said and gave me what I wanted and then some.. After being disappointed with several other Toyota dealerships I gave DCH Brunswick Toyota a call even though it was a bit far from my house. When I had to cancel my appointment last minute Rahim and I were able to reschedule by email and as soon as I could make it in he had a sales associate ready to meet with me again. I met with Danny and the process was a very smooth one. Russell was so helpful and patient with me regarding additional services and financing.
