This is the second time we purchase a Toyota from the same dealership. Before we went, we had several options for our family's need. Diana was assigned to help us. This was her first day. Diana was very patient, friendly and very cautious to assure she gave us the right informations or right answeres for our questions. In the end, we decided to buy a 2012 Corolla LE. We were expecting that the dealership will offer some cash bonus or special sale during the 3 day President weekend but it did not happen. We ended up had to spend some time to negotiate the price. That is a big difference from last time (in 2003), when we got the quote, it was almost the best deal in the local area. The dealership offers 2 year/24000 mile mainenance free of charge. The problem is you have to estimate when your odometer will reach the next 5000 mile in the next 6 months and reserve your time slot ahead of time. Not an easy task. By the way, the web site only allows customers to reserve Monday - Friday (9:30 AM - 4:45 PM). More
Danny Alves was quick to help me when I came in the dealership. He showed me a few different models. I am a repeat customer at DCH and was pretty much set on the the Camry XLE 4 cyl but he also showed dealership. He showed me a few different models. I am a repeat customer at DCH and was pretty much set on the the Camry XLE 4 cyl but he also showed me the SE and the differences with the front grill, general style and the interior. I wasnt even considering the SE but I have to say I liked it better than the XLE 4 cyl. Both cars were within a few hundred dollars on the sticker price and monthly payments and I even got the enhanced audio system in the SE. So I was very happy with the price and there was no pressure to try to upgrade to the 6 cyl. He also came in with realistic monthly payments. I had already priced it out and it was about what I figured. So no haggling for my price was needed. Overall it was a very good experience and Danny was good to work with. More

Ray was very friendly, and not pushy at all. I let him know up front that I wasn't interested in purchasing a new vehicle for another 4 months, and he was very understanding. I came back 3 months later potentially interested in buying a car. He wasn't available just yet but was able to have one of his associate Robin assist with pricing. Pricing was up front, and they didn't attach useless "fluff" add-ons such as nitrogen filled tires. I was able to get a price that exceeded my expectations. On the way leaving the dealership, a rock chipped my windshield with less than 4 miles on the odometer. Ray is making sure this gets taken care of. Customer service was very good. I'm a picky person and took months trying to figure out which car I wanted at a price that I found acceptable. I would highly recommend this dealer over others in the area. More
This dealership was very accomodating. Even though i had some credit issues the finance team was able to get me approved. I had a couple of issues with the vehicle after i purchased it and the GM Ray and s some credit issues the finance team was able to get me approved.
