His professional appearance, attitude, and listening skills were appreciated. Edgar indicated that the routine maintenance would be performed within the hour from my arrival. Approximately 45 minutes later, Edgar asked me to accompany him back to my car. He reviewed the observations that had been recorded regarding the "health" of my vehicle and suggested an additional look at timing belt upon my next return for maintenance. In fact, it took longer to go through the cars many features than it did to sign and close the deal. DCH has all five star ratings from customers for a good reason: customer service. The old fashioned kind. Example: I traveled an hour by train from New York City to visit DCH, and my salesperson Rafal insisted on picking me up at the train station! I thought he must be kidding because no one offers service like that, right? Well DCH does and it's a real pleasure to be treated with consideration, respect, and courtesy. Ray called me Monday morning (before I could call him) and I finalized the deal over the phone. I came back a few days later to pick up my new car.
