As a young person I did not fully expect to be treated seriously, even though it was a total guess if I had the means to buy a decent car (which I did). From the beginning everyone I talked to was friendly and when I hinted that I was more serious they took me very seriously and were gracious to let a 21 year old male test drive a new Prius c. Through the negotiating process the staff did not come off as overly aggressive but were relaxed. They helped me compare cars and presented me with fair prices (I did my homework). I'd had been car shopping for awhile and I had finally come to the right place. Succinctly put, these men and women (only saw one or two) were reserved, pleasant, respectful, and honest. The manager even told me which offers were necessary and which ones, for my specific situation, were not useful. He did not try to press me into things I probably wouldn't need to squeeze some more money out of my pocketbook. They also compromised with me in terms of prices and packages, and gave me a solid deal on my trade in. Overall, I'm satisfied. All car dealers have their typical unappealing aspects, but this place was not bad. The actual facility was also clean and well kept. Very professional. More

Purchased the car at the dealership and it was not a good experience. There was a scratch and some 400 miles on the car which they didnt tell me about Service department is a nightmare - they will make you experience. There was a scratch and some 400 miles on the car which they didnt tell me about Service department is a nightmare - they will make you change parts which are not needed - they will tell you to change your air filter at every visit and if you tell them you changed it 3 months ago they tell you - oh then dont worry I went to Sears and got work done for $300 which DCH wanted to charge around $740 If you try to talk to either of the service managers - Mike or Rich they treat you very poorly and are not interested to talk to you. I once heard the managers tell a customer - that they dont want their business Stay clear of this dealership More

The finance work was done quickly and efficiently, and I wasn't pressured into anything. Ray was great, he called me multiple times afterward to be SURE I was happy with the car and to ask if I needed anything else. I've never gotten this level of service from anyone before, ever!
