This was my second new car purchase from DCH Brunswick Toyota in a year. The first was for me as I needed a good commuter car so I purchased a Camry. The transaction could not have been any easier. This time around I needed to lease a car for my daughter as her current lease has expired. She also decided on a new Camry as she had driven my car and loved it. Hamza, Diego and Alan once again gained my trust and my future business. I knew before I arrived what a fair deal on the car would have been, I always do research before a major purchase. They came in actually a little cheaper than what I had expected to pay for the car. The price was agreed to in about 15 minutes total time. My daughter and I were driving home in her new car a short while later. This is an example of a well run dealership that is building customer relationships, not just surviving one customer at a time. Ray worked very closely with us to meet our needs of trading in a vehicle for a Certified Pre Owned Toyota Camry. We went to the dealership once, and went and saw other cars at other dealers for a few days, and chose to do business here because this was the only place we could find a car and sales team that worked with us to meet our needs and budget. Ray also made the experience very comfortable, and there was never any pressure to 'close the deal'. DCH has met our expectations and has out done every other dealership. I returned to DCH to trade in my 4 runner to downsize. DCH was no hassle and we completed a deal in less than a day. The DCH experience has left us elated and happy. The sales force are great and not your typical crazy aggressive salesman/women.
