I visited Ray's dealership to get a Sienna. My wife and I are expecting our second and we need a bigger car. It really wasn't in my plan to have to be buying another one so soon, but with the 0% offer goin I are expecting our second and we need a bigger car. So I was already going into the dealership basically ready to do battle. Totally wasn't necessary. Ray is just a regular guy, took me off guard in fact. I can't say enough good things about him. First time we walked in he came up after 10 minutes or so, gave us useful information. Any time we wanted to look at something he was on it, this man is a hard worker in the the classical sense. He was respectful to me and my pregnant wife which is a big deal to me. When we had to leave the first time we were there to go look at another dealer (was our first day out car shopping) we got no static walking out the door. He must have known we would be back. We were, and I put some numbers down for him, I had done some research and was asking for a pretty aggressive dealer. When your wife is pregnant, all your friends wives are too and everybody knows what everybody is getting a minivan for. So I gave him the deal, he didn't flinch, pretty much said yes. After we closed the deal we had realized there was a miscommunication about an accessory set of floor mats (100 dollar item or so). Called up Ray and he made it right. He actually had to buy them for us. He knows our business is worth more than that. You will NOT be getting this treatment from other people in the business. I expected car buying to be like those stories you hear where you're haggling over 1000 dollars for 4 hours and you're not going to be the sucker etc. Maybe it is like that someplace else, but with Ray things were really easy. The guy lives 1.5 hours away from me and I'll be back to him for my next car. More

He was straight forward and was very informative and had no issues with pricing over the internet. Most dealers wont "talk" prices online but not Mr Larry! I love the way they treat you here. It is refreshing to find a dealership that does not play stupid games with the consumer. I went to other dealerships,played their games and DCH is the best by far. No games,No gimmicks,No tricks,No bogus "add on fees", The price was inline and all I paid was NJ Tax,my DMV fees and a very reasonable documentation fee for the title and papperwork. NOTHING ELSE. very pleasent and I will be making this my GO TO dealer..I recommend DCH do your homework,do your research and then go to DCH-you will see what I am talking about..I also check them out on dealerrater.com before I even considered them. I walked into this dealership twice, and on both occurrences was treated with friendliness and respect. First I came to the dealership to test drive the Rav4, which I immediately loved. Edmund showed me the ins-and-outs of the vehicle, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. The next time I came in was to buy my new Rav4! Alan had everything ready to go; of course my father and I had to fill out paperwork and sign a check, but the process took no more than 40 minutes. Hamza showed me to my new car, and that was that! I endured no waiting around, or miscommunications. Alan had the car that I wanted in the color and make within 2 days of me test driving the Rav, and he sold it to me at a great price. I couldn't have been more happy with my experience at DCH Brunswick Toyota! More
I HATE buying cars. Last year I got so aggravated that I ended up purchasing a car I didn't like or want. This time I went to DCH Toyota. What a good choice that was. From the start Rafael was accommodating and patient. He didn't push, was willing to let me drive anything that caught my eye and carefully explained the pros and cons to each car and the incentives etc. I ended up falling in love with a plug-in Prius and I couldn't be happier. Rafael was amazing, but so was everybody else here. Even the finance guy was great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I am the first admit that I don't have a lot of patience when it comes to car shopping. I find it a chore. However, my experience at this dealership with Alan Carter and Ray Medina changed how I feel about car shopping. My husband and I visited the dealership twice. During our first visit, Alan spent a great deal of time asking what type of car we wanted to lease, what features we were looking for, and when we wanted to lease the car. He also took the time to take us on a test drive. We left feeling very good about our options. We did our due diligence and looked at other cars before making a commitment. It was a no a brainer. We knew we wanted a Toyota. My first car in college that I leased was a Toyota Corolla and I drove it for 12 years before purchasing another vehicle. I knew the value I was getting with choosing a Toyota. Our second visit to the dealership ended with us driving off in a 2012 Camry XLE. From the minute we walked back into the dealership, Alan made us feel at home and set us up with Ray Medina. Ray spent a great deal of time reviewing all the features of the Camry and was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. Once all the paperwork was done and the car detailed, Ray took the time to sync our phones for use in the car and went over every feature of the different apps and available technologies. The follow day Ray called to congratulate us on our new car and to see if we had any questions. I love my Toyota Camry XLE and will recommend this dealership and Alan and Ray to all of my friends and family. Sincerely, Eileen More

NO TRICKS, NO LIES, JUST THE FACTS sure there is always room for bargaining...but you will know when they can not do anymore for you because they will let you walk. - Bharat my Sales person was good. Make sure you talk about the final overall sales price of the car before you start getting into monthly payments with him. Even after we did not reach an agreement...he kept calling me back to see i had made a decision on the offer they had made After visiting a few more dealerships (Toyota Universe being the worst and full of "used car salesmen"...who lie, trick and try to cheat you), i got an idea of the price i was going to have to pay. I told Bharat what price he had to beat...he told me his final best offer which was $300 lower than his original offer and which matched the best price i got (but he didn't know that)...so i went back to him to final the deal. (because he was my closest local dealer) (and because they treated me with respect) - Russell Hill my Financial Service Manager is AWESOME!!! Broke down all my financials options in extremely easy to understand plain english with nice pictures and charts and graphs. He explained to you the pro's and con's to every option they have to offer when you are financing a car. - Lisa Ocasio the General Sales manager was AWESOME because she ok'ed the out the door price. :-) More
I walked into the dealership on a budget and not really knowing what I wanted. I thought I was going to have to purchase a used car because of finances. I have worked with several other dealerships prior t knowing what I wanted. I thought I was going to have to purchase a used car because of finances. I have worked with several other dealerships prior to coming to DCH and always left very confused and undecided. Rupert took the time to let me test drive several used vehicles. I really couldn't make up my mind and was going to go home to think it over until he came up with another suggestion. Leasing... I never leased before and was very apprehensive. He introduced me to his manager Alan Carter who sat with us and rehashed my needs. I will say I really hate dealing with sale men but both gentlemen were very forthcoming, and straightforward. He told me if I leased I could drive out of the dealership with a brand new vehicle (Rav4 which is what I wanted to begin with) for an affordable monthly fee. I was still hesitant knowing that numbers change before signing on the dotted line but I let them run my credit. They came back with the same figure they quoted me and at that point it was a no brainer. I picked out my vehicle, met with the finance person, and proceeded with the paperwork. I am very happy with my decision to lease, the monthly payments are affordable, and I plan on being a returning customer going forward. Thank you gentleman! More
I was delighted with my purchase of 2012 RAV4. I had made up my mind to buy a RAV4 and was looking to get a good deal. It was pure whim to stop by DCH Toyota but I am so glad I did. The sales associate Ruper up my mind to buy a RAV4 and was looking to get a good deal. It was pure whim to stop by DCH Toyota but I am so glad I did. The sales associate Rupert Palmer took very good care of me throughout the process. When I told him that I had looked up the price on a website he took the effort to look up the price quote with me.His manager also agreed to honor the dealer certificate issued by another dealership. I was also offered a good price for my trade in. I was given the color and interior of my preference. The finance associate gave me the vehicle at zero apr and also offered discounts on the warranty plan. The vehicle was prepped up with the xilon pkg and Rupert took great pains to go over each and every feature of the vehicle and also set up the navigation and Bluetooth system for me. He also took me on a tour of the service facility and set up the first service appointment. I also got a chance to meet Alan Carter who also made himself available in the future for any issues I might face. In all it was a very pleasant experience. More
