I absolutely LOVED my experience at DCL! They cut through the "bull" and got to the bottom line; which I really appreciated. I am not a haggler. They gave me their BEST DEAL first. I told them I was going to another dealer and they encouraged me to compare their car and offers. When I went to other dealership it was the same ol' ... same ol' -- Sales people asked when my "husband" was coming in...I DON'T HAVE A HUSBAND!!! and treated me like a "woman" ... not a knowledgable customer. I also loved that the dealership was run by a woman...BIG PLUS FOR ME. Rupert and Lisa were fantastic. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and responsive. If one person was busy another person picked up the ball and ran with it. It was obvious that the place has a woman's touch! I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to all my friends. PS....I almost wish I could by another car now because the experience was so good. More
