The sales process at DCH Brunswick was very smooth and we were treated with respect and courtesy. We were looking for a Highlander SE trim with 4 wheel drive and V6. We arrived at the dealership, the manag were treated with respect and courtesy. We were looking for a Highlander SE trim with 4 wheel drive and V6. We arrived at the dealership, the manager Tung greeted us and introduced us to sales agent Edmund. We told Edmund what we were looking for and price we wanted to pay (based on research). He showed us the SE trim in various colors and options. We told Edmund we are ready to buy and he worked his magic on pricing. In the end, we spent about 2 hours with sales agent and 1 hour with financing, then drive home in new 2013 Highlander SE! More

Stay away folks!!!! This is the worst ever Car Dealer I have come across!!! They treat you very badly in the first place;apart from all other hidden prices & double standards. Just leased a new Corolla three weeks ago. Started with Kulu, got a car assisted by Jason Ding. Even the Sales manager jumped in to satisfy my follow up questions. NEEDED A CAR, I HAD SPOKEN WITH LARRY FOR OVER A YEAR AND DECIDED NOW WAS THE BEST TIME TO GO IN AND SEE THE CARS.MY SALES MAN WAS RUPERT:0)HE'S ALSO A FRIEND OF MY MOM. I BOUGHT MY CAR SATURDAY WITH THE HE DECIDED NOW WAS THE BEST TIME TO GO IN AND SEE THE CARS.MY SALES MAN WAS RUPERT:0)HE'S ALSO A FRIEND OF MY MOM. I BOUGHT MY CAR SATURDAY WITH THE HELP OF DAVID IN FINANCING, HE'S A GREAT GUY!, AND WAS EXCITED BUT I WAS IN A RUSH TO GET HOME, SO I WASN'T ABLE TO GET THE CAR DETAILED, BUT MY SALES GUY,RUPERT, LET ME KNOW THAT I WAS STILL ABLE TO COME IN ANYTIME AND GET MY DUE SERVICE-- I DECIDED TO WAIT UNTIL MY REGISTRATION DOCS CAME IN(WHICH THEY HADN'T YET) ON SUNDAY, 2 DAYS AGO, I WENT TO WASH MY TRUCK SINCE I WAS UNABLE TO GET IT DONE AT THE DEALERSHIP.I FOUND THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH WATER GETTING INTO MY CAR...I CALLED RUPERT FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING AND HE WAS ABLE TO SET ME UP AN APPT TO GET MY SITUATION TAKEN CARE OF.MY CAR IS CURRENTLY AT DCH GETTING FIXED.THERE ARE OTHER MINOR ISSUES WITH THE CAR, BUT THE SERVICE TECH JAHVED EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND HE WILL ORDER THE PART THAT IS NEEDED.NOW, USUALLY, WHEN PEOPLE BUY A CAR THEY DON'T EXPECT TO BRING THE CAR BACK FOR SERVICING WITHIN 3 DAYS,BUT I DID AND YES, I AM A LITTLE ANNOYED,TICKED OFF TO BE MORE ACCURATE--BUT I AM MORE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THE STAFF IN SERVICING HELPED ME OUT, THEY ASKED ME WHAT'S WRONG,I TOLD THEM, THEY GOT RIGHT TO IT, AND KNEW IMMEDIATELY WHAT THE ISSUE WAS--- I HAD TO COME TO WORK AND GOT A COURTESY RIDE,WILL NEED ONE TO COME GET ME!BUT OTHER THAN THAT I AM SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF DCH IN THE SALES AND SERVICING DEPT.MOST DEALERS WOULD HAVE JUST SAID TOO BAD BUT DCH STANDS BY THEIR WORD, AND INTEGRITY IS INVALUABLE.I AM PLEASED, I WILL RECOMMEND DCH TO EVERYONE I KNOW-- THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED ME GET MY CUTE LIL TRUCK!!DON'T BE SURPRISED IF I BUY ANOTHER ONE IN 1 YEAR:0) More

I would really appreciate the way Subba Raju provided the service and Kulu Momo (Internet Account Manager) for the follow-up he made to make me to visit DCH Brunswick. Subba was really customer oriented. I will say that mainly because of him only I purchased the car within 2 days.
