He was approachable, friendly and had all the relevant information for our purchase of Corolla SE. He was able to work with the management to address our needs. He took care of every little aspect of our purchase from test-drive through speaking to the insurance company. Even after the purchase was over, Mr Palmer was patience to address some trivial concerns. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership and Mr Palmer for their great service quality and professionalism. More

Oil Change without Tire Rotation There was an ad on the http://dchbrunswicktoyota.com/ for Oil change for $54.95 for synthetic oil change. However, when I went for service I was asked There was an ad on the http://dchbrunswicktoyota.com/ for Oil change for $54.95 for synthetic oil change. However, when I went for service I was asked to pay $69.99. When I told them there was an ad on their website for full oil change $54.95. They did not agree. After 10 minutes of discussion they agreed. However, they did not rotated my tire. After I pointed them, the tire was not rotated, I did not get any good response. I had to pay extra for my tire rotation at different dealer. I had good experience with the service center. I may not go again. More
