The finance manager, Richard, who helped me with finalizing the deal and the paperwork was also very nice and professional. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership. I have only one unresolved issue with my telephone and the built in Blue Tooth in the Camry 2015. For some reason my telephone which is two years old is not able to pair with the car's Blue Tooth. I will try to resolve it with them shortly. More

Rupert is an excellent sales person! Rupert Palmer was helpful as soon as I walked into the dealership. I went in to look at a specific certified used car and he walked me over to it then Rupert Palmer was helpful as soon as I walked into the dealership. I went in to look at a specific certified used car and he walked me over to it then went on a test drive. Rupert, as well as Tung Lee, answered all of my questions and concerns. There were minor stains on the dashboard and A/C climate control that they Both tried to help me with but no luck. I left with a beautiful car and a low finance rate. Thanks again! More

Will Never Return I recently started taking my Toyota to another shop to get it serviced. The last time I was at the service center, I explained what the problem was w I recently started taking my Toyota to another shop to get it serviced. The last time I was at the service center, I explained what the problem was with the car and asked if they could take it out on the road and do a test drive. They said that they would. That was before they got my money. Needless to say that did not happen. They drove it around the parking lot and told me that there was nothing wrong with it. A lie! It just seem that some of these guys; Mike being one of them are just plain arrogant when it comes to women and especially people of color. The way they talk to you is so condescending. I will never take my car back there ever again. Especially Mike the Service Manager. Once he had the nerve to yell at me in front of everyone; so unprofessional. I am quite happy now with the people who I've found to work on my car. More
