I went to Toyota Brunswick for service of my 2012 Camry and had a wonderful experience with them. I'm always crazy weary of car repair places, whether they're a dealer or another general mechanic workshop because they always try to make more out of you and upsell customers one more thing that they don't really need. It was quite different here. First of all, everyone was quick and efficient with assisting; as soon as you drive up, someone is waiting to greet you and direct you to your advisor. Juan Martinez was my "advisor" i.e, the person you see at the front; they are assigned to your case and will walk you through your repair/service process from start to finish. He treated me like I was his family!! He was very patient, honest and knowledgeable. I was told exactly what was wrong with my car and what it would require to fix it. Most of the issues were Toyota specific recalls and so, those were all fixed (parts and all) for FREE! I did change all 4 tires which was one of my initial reasons for coming in, and I got this deal...(buy 3 and get 4th for $1). If you download the app "toyota owners", there are deals and discounts there all the time, depending on the service you want Before my car went in for repairs, I test drove it with my assigned mechanic (Eli) so that I could actually point out the noise I was concerned about while we drove the car; then when it was fixed, I drove it around again for a bit with Juan and everything checked out perfectly. The price was great, I didn't get cornered into fixing an issue that wasn't there (which most mechanics do) and my car still runs very smoothly. That definitely helped me regain some of my trust in car repair shops/technicians Impressive service Juan, if you ever read this...thank you for your great dedication to your work!!! More

BAD Experience long story short , i saw this car online at DCH brunswick toyota , a used car , and i was so excited to go look at it bcuz it was within my budget , i long story short , i saw this car online at DCH brunswick toyota , a used car , and i was so excited to go look at it bcuz it was within my budget , i contacted them online , left my email and next day i had Elizabeth emailing me , i gave her my number and i was at work i couldn't answer my phone that day , next day i contacted DCH toyota and i decided i will finish work and go look at the car, when i went there , the man at the front desk , asked me for the code of the car , gave it to him , 10-15 minutes later , he came to me , and told me sorry it's sold yesterday !!!!!!!!!! and he said i can look outside at the parking and see if i like anything else !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so 2 things here 1st : if you have a car online and calling people to come see it , you have to be sure you have it !!! that's so unprofessional ,, i drove 45 minutes after long day at work , and all i get its sold !!! and by the way they still have it online ! so i wonder if they had it in the first place ! or its only for ads !!! 2nd : when you tell people that they can go outside and look at the cars !!!!!! do you expect them to run at your parking lot looking for cars ! what happened to showing people around , trying to find them something at the price range !!! i have to admit , my experience with DCH brunswick was very bad ! ,, advice ,, don't waste your time and go there ! and don't believe the online store ! seems like its just to get you to go there ! More

I went to another Dealership but my experience with the Sales Rep was not a good on My sales experience at DCH Brunswick Toyota was truly exceptional. I went to another Dealership but my experience with the Sales Rep was not a good one and i was so uncomfortable the way i was treated. I decided to shop around and my daughter told me to visit DCH Brunswick Toyota and speak with Rupert Palmer. I called and spoke with Rupert and he made an appointment for me but the only time i had off from work is on a Thursday. Mr. Palmer told me his day off is on a Thursday but no problem he would come in on his day off to assist me with my purchase. Thanks to the entire Sales Team at DCH Brunswick Toyota i was able to have the best buying experience ever, The price was right and i am the Proud Owner of a 2016 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 4x4. The showroom was beautiful and that also added to make my experience great. I will always recommend family and friends to DCH Brunswick Toyota. God Bless !!! More
