I wanted to make a deal on my very first Acura. My deal was going through the general sales manager Ted, instead of explaining why this and that costs as much, he went ahead and started yelling because we was going through the general sales manager Ted, instead of explaining why this and that costs as much, he went ahead and started yelling because we didn't accept the price he offered. Sure it's the end of the month and the dealer wants to sell but being a female I do not like to be treated with such rude attitudes. Ted is unprofessional and unexperience when it comes to customer service. I might not even want an Acura now. With the cash I have to afford the car I wanted, just add a little more and I can get a BMW. My experience with Acura of Temecula was horrible and to be treated extremely rude by Ted was uncalled for. I am there to spend a large sum of money to buy a car, I deserve the time to think it over. You can't expect to offer someone with generated pricing and expect them to accept it on the spot. I own multiple businesses, so this dealer will never get a reccome dation from me. No thanks. More
We have purchased 2 vehicles at DCH Acura in Temecula. I have never had the level of service in an auto dealership. The sales experience was the best and service has been unbelievable. Joseph still knows us by name when we are there and always says hello. Whenever we call for service, Michelle knows who we are and has a loaner car ready for us. Michelle was knowledgeable, effecient and enthusiastic in her approach to our mechanical problem. We are Canadians who winter in California and our catalytic converter failed. Michelle Theis made sure that my GPS was replaced under warranty even though it was right at the border line mileage wise. I was treated with great courtesy and made to feel comfortable while waiting for warranty even though it was right at the border line mileage wise. I recently bought a throttle cable for my 90 integra sedan from ebay. The item was shipped really fast and the part was superb. The price was as low as a lot of use cable that I saw on ebay. Why buy a use cable when you can buy a new oem cable for a little bit more or the same price. I rather buy a new one especially from an Acura dealer. Was a great experience because the transaction was pleasent and simple no drama. I paid for the item on the weekend, the item was shipped monday, and I received it on thrusday.
