The experience I had with the purchase of my new TSX was informative, relaxed, and very expeditious. Josef approached my husband and I when we arrived at the dealership, with a very warm welcome. He engaged in conversation that not only enabled him to determine what we might be looking for, but also enabled him to establish a personal 'relationship' with us. He provided us with a vehicle we specifically asked for, and made us feel as though we were his guests to enjoy the driving experience, and educated us on all of it's attributes. Through the negotiating process, he was thorough and informative, and never left us feeling lost as to what the next step would be. In the end, he was perhaps, the kindest car salesmen I have ever dealt with. Thank you for having him on your team......he is truly an asset. More

I purchased my Acura TL 10 years ago and the experience was the best I've ever had in 40 years of purchasing cars without a man by my side. It took less than 2 hours in and out the door. I took my car in for an oil change and front brake replacement. I wish they would go over the damaged parts when you pick it up, especially if the customer asks for the damaged parts to be returned. I would have been less frustrated. A $200 job went to almost $2,000. More

On 11/23/12, I went to DCH inquiring about my options to lease an Acura ILX. I realized I was in a tough spot, with high mileage on my current Acura, which resulted in negative equity. I spoke to a salesman lease an Acura ILX. I realized I was in a tough spot, with high mileage on my current Acura, which resulted in negative equity. I spoke to a salesman briefly, explained my situation, and he introduced me to the finance manager. Without ever having me fill out paperwork, or appraising my car, the finance manager informed me I was in a "very bad situation," and implied to my mother, who was with me at the time, that she should assist me, by lending me money. When I shared that I was unable to put a lot of my money down, due to recently graduating with my doctorate, and having high student loan debt, he responded by saying "all the doctors I know are rich" and "why didn't your parents pay for your school? I paid for my child to go to Boston College". The conversation ended when he then said I would be better off if I "blew up my car" and said he still had some grenades from when he served in the war. The very next day, I leased an Acura ILX through Acura of Riverside, where I placed $1000 down, and was able to lower my current payment. They were very understanding, and did their best to help me get into a better situation. I would HIGHLY recommend Acura of Riverside. I would encourage your finance manager to not be so closed minded when dealing with customers, and he certainly could use a lesson or two in customer service. Sorry DCH, I will not be back. More
