I go to Acura of Temecula for all my service needs. As well as all any routine maintenance. They service associates are awesome, they recognize a face so they are very nice and accommodating to my needs. well as all any routine maintenance. Ive got many jobs from simple oil changes and tires roations, to fluid flushes, and engine parts repacements. My seat airbags were discconected and my alarm system was down, the service tech fixed my cars computer, and replaced thw fuses for free. This location also has an awesome gift shop. Ive bought hats and pens from there as well as an "NSX" t shirt. More

The salesmen that assisted me in the purchase of my new car treated me very respectfully. They were also able to put me at ease and listen to my interests and concerns. They appeared to work very hard to find the car I wanted, in the colors that I preferred and that would fit into my budget. I feel that the final outcome was very close to what I had planned. The new car that I purchased is a new 2013 TSX with the technology package rather than the 2014 one that I had originally wanted. They assured me that the 2013 model had the same features as the 2014. It does have the special features that were important to me. So the end result, with their help, is that I now have the new car that I wanted and I was able to purchase it and stay within my budget. I would have preferred a more generous trade in value for my previous car but the "out the door" cost for me is acceptable. More

My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Acura MDX via the Costco program @ DCH Temecula. My wife loved the car and the price was fair. We went through the sales process and I was happy with the sales perso Costco program @ DCH Temecula. My wife loved the car and the price was fair. We went through the sales process and I was happy with the sales person Raj. We signed the paperwork on a Sunday evening with the DCH finance person and agreed that we would pick-up the car on Friday morning as we need a few of the accessories installed. I had called on Thursday evening to make sure that the car was ready for pick-up Friday morning such that the dealer could walk us through the car. Friday morning we arrived, sign some additional paperwork which was required, and then had the dealer have someone walk through the car. First, the dealer did not have the car ready has it had less then 1/2 tank of gas. Acura states it provides a full tank of gas. Carmen ( another sales person) started to walk through the car, however she had no idea how the car navigation system worked or many of the other car features. After two hours, my wife asked if someone else knew the car's features (ie. programming our home address in the nav system) and she continued to fumble through the car features. Later that weekend, I noticed that he AcuraLink and XM radio were not enabled. I called the dealer on a Sunday and they had no idea if the features were enabled. On Monday, the another salesperson called me and told me that I could call Acura to get the Acuralink enabled. Keep in mind, the car was sitting on the deal lot for 5 days after we signed the initial paperwork. I had to call Acura and spend over 30 min to get the feature enabled. The general manager calls me tells me starts to make excuses (the car is new and we did have Acura provide training, I took the car after signing the paper and they did not have time to prepare the MDX, etc.). I was able to shot down all the BS excuses. My ask was that DCH should have a checklist and make sure that they have the vehicle ready and the walk through needs to cover the key points of the vehicle. If the dealer needs additional Acura training, then that should have been done before selling the car, and they should not be making excuses. Also, someone trained on the car should be helping customers. Handing me a 400+ manual does not help anyone. Bottomline: DCH (Dedicated to Customer Happiness) Acura Temecula was about making the sales and customer service/experience is not a focus from my perspective. I would not recommend DCH Acura Temecula. More

Cheryl Foster was absolutely wonderful! She was very friendly and did whatever it took to help me find the exact car I was looking for. Totally went out of her way, EXCELLENT customer service. My experience with EVERYONE, not only Cheryl Foster and Brad Johnson at DCH Acura of Temecula was exceptional. We called Sunday morning to request information regarding a 2014 Acura MDX. We were told they had one available for us that if all worked out, we could drive it home the same day. We drove up from Carlsbad, and literally within 2 hours, we had our new car! Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly, even as little as rushing to the door to be polite and to open the main building doors for my daughters and I. Not only did we receive a fantastic deal on the new car, we also got a fantastic deal on our Honda Pilot trade in. The whole entire process was extremely easy, pleasant, and just plain enjoyable. I would highly recommend giving Cheryl a call and have her help you out! More
