I got the deal I wanted, and I am happy. 2015 Acura MDX. First of all, I just wanted to write this review as an appreciation and a "Thank you" to Ron Alvano and DCH Acura of Temecula, and a very friendly Fin First of all, I just wanted to write this review as an appreciation and a "Thank you" to Ron Alvano and DCH Acura of Temecula, and a very friendly Financial Officer Sean. This MDX was the 3rd car I purchased in 3 years, and Ron, no doubt that he is the best guy yet. He is very friendly, so eager to help me out regarding my previous bad experienced with another Acura dealership. So I told Ron about the bad experience, then there it was, he helped me out and I got the deal I wanted and I am actually for the 1st time happy about car buying. Car buying was never fun when dealing with prices and interest rates. The entire buying process was so smooth at DCH Acura of Temecula, I was in and out about lil over 2 hours. After took delivery of the Acura MDX, Ron was out there showing me all features and the technology of my MDX. He was very knowledgeable, I was surprised, as I stated before this was my 3rd vehicle I have bought in 3 years, and the last 2 sale gentlemen, none of the them was giving me the time to show me the features/tech/in & out after I took delivery of the cars. But Ron did, he took the time and efforts to introduced my wife and I to our new vehicle. Once again, thanks Ron, Sean and DCH of Temecula. I live about 1 hour away from Temecula, and it was worth every drop of gas. Below is my bad experience with another Acura Dealership. I wanted to let all know there are bad and great dealerships out there. I had been looking for the all new 3rd gen 2014-current Acura MDX SH-AWD with Tech package. I was initially looking at the dealership closer to home and I am from San Diego/Balboa Park area. I will not disclose the dealership's name. At this dealership, it was somewhat friendly. So we agreed upon the price and due to being in the Military I was able to use the Military Incentive of $750 OFF of the agreement price on the MDX and of course I have to financed through American Honda Financial Service. At first, the Internet Sale Manager told us that our APR will be at this( I will not disclose the rates), but I asked her if we can lower it due to my excellent credit score. She said that we can talk to the Financial Officer about this concern. So we were almost done with getting our car, we went to the Financial Officer's office, he had us signing all the documents but gladly my wife was with me, she stopped me and she asked the Financial Officer about our rates, that was the 1st rate they ever gave us. He said that the best that he can do because I was using the Military Incentive Rebate of $750 and I must accept the rate he giving us. So just because I had to use the Military Rebate and I could not get better rates? Using the Military Incentive Rebate program is our rights and privileges. Because of our men and women having served this Great Nation, all their sacrifices, being away from family at months or even up to years and now we get treated like this. We told him if he does not lower our rates, we will not buy the car. He just shrugged his shoulders like it is not his business. What a terrible service from a Prestige Dealership. My wife and I really got upset, we got up and walked out. When we were walking out, it seemed like we were never there in the 1st place, no once seemed to care and they all acted like they never saw us. More
Service I brought my car in for an oil change and some warranty work. They discovered my battery was no good and replaced it under warranty, as well as fixin I brought my car in for an oil change and some warranty work. They discovered my battery was no good and replaced it under warranty, as well as fixing my side view mirror. I also ended up getting new front brakes and a transmission flush that were on special. My service advisor, Robert, was knowledgeable and professional. He wasn't pushy and got my car out on time. I will be back. Thanks, Don T. More
