Chad, Robert, Christopher the service writers are the best they always take time to listen to you and what's going on with your vehicle in some cases they will walk you to the shop and you can have a conversation with the mechanic in the service writer and they will show you what's wrong and explain it to you a lot of dealers don't take the time or care DCH Acura of Temecula I think they really care they are competitively priced! I own two Acuras at 2007 TL, 2013 RDX I believe this is a dealer you can trust they stand behind their work in the mechanics take pride in their work also. They do an excellent job getting you in and out if you have to wait they are aware that you are there and always checking on you and keeping you informed of the status of your vehicle this is the main reason they keeps me coming back to DCH Acura of Temecula just one note not only are they concerned about getting your vehicle repaired right. Chad, Robert, always asked about how my family is doing and Will talk football with me also! It's a great family at DCH Acura Temecula I hope they still keep that family feeling and great work and pride that they take and making things right!!!
