Having to be towed in, all went well. Mechanic and George advised me of repairs and leaving the car overnight was a good idea. This is my only Honda dealership I come for all repairs on my 2018 Honda CRV. George was very caring and making sure I got a ride home to leave my car overnight. More

Know nothing of how to fix jeeps. Still insisted on doing it themselves.took 2 days to do what should have taken three to four hours. Had me get an estimate from local dealer. In reality my estimate said it was multiple parts. Apparently they needed me to get the parts list for them. Had to get a rental (which was 24 hour and 100 miles) ( i livr 110 miles away. So over 220 miles is what i used.) asked to speak with someone higher up. Got no one. Was rushed out door, with vauge promises car would be extended. I had to rearrange my work schedule to come back. So that i did not have to pay additional days and not have to fight Friday evening traffic. They had promised I could get this done near me. Then without reason changed their mind. Before I got my jeep they had done the back breaks and mufflers. But never noticed that both clutch and e break were broken. I broke down with clutch. Got that fixed elsewhere. This dealer only gave me a small amount of money for this. Took them over a month to get parts for e break. The local jeep dealer told me 2 days to get parts they had all of them. 3 hours to install. I asked for an oil change to help make up for some of the inconvenience they gave me. It was an issue. Finally was agreed to but I can't be sure it was really done. So much of what was said was inaccurate or out and out lies. Even E break is not right. I need to take it to mechanic here to see what they did wrong. That will come out of my pocket. I asked why I had 2 lights on on my dash. Was told they "didn't know. They are not good with jeeps." Then why did you make me go here. I went to autozone. They put the code finder on it. Gave me my answer in 5 minutes. But these guys could not do that. This place did nothing right. As a rule I have lots of understanding when dealing with repair shops. No 2 cars are alike. Some take a bit longer to fix. Some less. I am not a mechanic, these guys are "trained" proffessionals. But I was in absolute tears with this whole process. There is one machanic that is out and out rude. I wouldn't ever allow him to deal with the public. He is sarcastic. Tells you to text him. He does not answer. When he does he is rude. No one there calls back. It's a fight. Three weeks before they made me an appointment to get E break fixed. Then when i got there no parts. No one knew who made the appointment. So much lack of communication. They are unreal. If I could give a negative star review I would. They need to get it together. If you can't fix something make the right arrangements that take care of your customer. I will never go to this dealer or service center again. They may look all new and redone. They should spend that money on qualified help. More
