Anthony Marszalek of DCH Academy Honda is an excellent service director. I have dealt with him before. I took my Honda Odyssey to him because I had a strange sound coming from the engine. When I was in Florida a short time ago, I took my car to a Honda dealer because of the same problem. They found nothing wrong with the car and charged me $62.50. The problem persisted so when I arrived back home in NJ, I took the car to DCH Academy Honda. I have dealt with them for 10 years.They found the problem (motor mounts) and repaired the car to my complete satisfaction. Although there are Honda dealers closer to where I live in central NJ, I travel at least 45 miutes to DCH because I know that I will get a professional job at a fair price. More
Had a very bad experience with DCH academy honda. I feel we have been cheated big time. They sold us certified vehicle with all 4 damaged tires, some rattling noise everytime we but the brakes on or take a we have been cheated big time. They sold us certified vehicle with all 4 damaged tires, some rattling noise everytime we but the brakes on or take a turn, which they said it could be coz of a small ball inside the drivers seat. which i belived, but the noise is still there. i am ready to live with the noise but to go thru the hassle of getting it serviced by DCH academy honda. i had to go thru 3 days of hassle frustration loss of wages to make them realize their mistake abt the tires. Finally they agreed to pay half the amt needed to change all the tires. They told me to come next day at 10:00am to pick my vehicle. After taking off from work i reached there with my collegue who dropped me to their service center. When i enquired about my odyssey they said it is not ready. I asked them the reason they said we dont know. After showing them my frustration the manager came and put all the blame on Ruben and said he did not inform them that it has to be ready by 10:00am. They did not have a courtsey to even make a single call and let me know that it was going to take time to replace the tires. Someone from the service dept suggested i go and complain to the servicee mgr pete. when i reached to his office close to the new car office i told him about all the issues and frustration i went thru. all he kept saying is i am sorry there is nothing we can do. he told it is his showroom, his office and he does not want any scene there. i asked so you dont care abt the customers once u sell them the car?? he said i dont want to comment abt that. Anyways tired and frustrated i choose to wait and get it fixed the same day. They got my car with the tires and then i checked they did not do the allignment which was told to me my ruben and they would do. Again i had wait an hour for it. From 10am in the morning till2 pm in the afternoon i was there waiting ti get my car fixed which was purchased 2 months ago. Had i not taken my car for oil change to close by mechanic shop "princeton garage"i wouldnt have come to know that my the damaged tires which i was told they were dangerous to drive on highway . Anyways at around 2 pm i finally got my car done. I paid the amt and took my car. As a customer i would like to trust the dealership where i get my car from as i risk my kids safety putting them in that car. I would not recommend anyone to buy or get their car services from DCH. I request them to please pause for a moment and hear the customer. Dont turn your back on the customer as soon as u sell the car. Please try to be honest and perfect in what you do because ur imperfections and lies will cost the customers big time and as middle class hard working citizen i can only say we cannot afford to pay the price for ur imperfections and lies. Once I paid for oil change and tire rotation and tire rotation was not done. At my next oil change they promised to do tire rotation without charge. However while I took my car to a local service statio rotation was not done. At my next oil change they promised to do tire rotation without charge. However while I took my car to a local service station for next oil they found that my oil cap is missing and my tire seems never rotated and the front tires need to be changed. I saw the difference between the front and back tires and clearly the back tire looked relatively new. I feel bad as a consumer knowing that there is good place for me to go. More
Academy Honda service dept. is fantastic. The entire dept. is very friendly, courtious, and most of all honest. They are unique as they treat you as part of their family. I have 3 Honda Civics, and 1 Acura Legend (1992), and they have installed such confidence that I bring all my cars there for service. I can't say enough about the service dept at Academy Honda, they are outstanding. They understand the customer requests and needs and definitely knows how to satisfy the customer. More

I brought my S2000 CR in for an oil change and rear differential service. Mycheck engine light had recently turned on within the last month. Enrique determined the check engine light was because of a differential service. Mycheck engine light had recently turned on within the last month. Enrique determined the check engine light was because of a bad catalytic converter. I had suspected this (becasue of recent changes in sound) but was told different by a previous delarship. Enrique also told me that the converter was still under warranty. Upon replacing the converter he determined the O2 sensor was aslo bad and had this replaced as well. He was very thurough and not quick to dismiss my input like others had been. Thanks to DCH ACADEMY HONDA and Enrique for restoring my vehicle , while confirming that I was correct about a failing catalytic converter. More

I took my Honda Accord 2009 EX-L 4 cylinder in for a major service. I have to say Kristine Teh, the service advisor ,was extremely professional and courteous. She explained what needed to be done in detail with my car. She answered every question I had and made feel very comfortable. I also was given very affordable pricing. When the servicing was done and I pulled my car out of the dealer, I felt a noticeable difference right away. My car is riding smoother than it has been for at least two years. It felt like the day I first drove it out of the showroom! I would definitely recommend doing business with DCH Academy Honda to anyone, and for service Kristine is definitely a winner! Gary S. I received outstanding customer service the past three days from Mr. Marszalek. The cover of my catalytic converter fell off and when I noticed it, I immediately called DCH Honda to find out what was han days from Mr. Marszalek. Mr. Marszalek was the service rep that helped me when I arrived at the dealership. He was extremely courteous and professional and assisted me in resolving the mechanical problems with my car. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Marszalek's respectful manner in which he assisted me. In particular, he was very kind and sensitive when I realized that I did nt have enough money to cover the cost of the necessary service. Mr.Marszalek assisted me in rescheduling my service appointment at a later date when I was able to afford the service. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience at DCH. I completed the service today and was able to thank Mr. Marszalek again for his excellent service. I asked him if there was a way for me to advise DCH Honda of the wonderful service that I received. I made an oil change appointment with the "Express" Service Department at DCH Academy Honda for Monday, July 25, 2011. I show up to the appointment on-time and they tell me it'll be a TWO HOU "Express" Service Department at DCH Academy Honda for Monday, July 25, 2011. I show up to the appointment on-time and they tell me it'll be a TWO HOUR wait. Um, what...?!? I asked him why and the guy told me because some employees didn't show up for work that day. Um, what...(in THIS economy)?!? He said it normally takes an hour. Um, what...?!? Oil change locations take 15 - 20 minutes tops so where's the "express" in Express Service Department. I had to reschedule. I e-mailed the General Manager and no reply, which doesn't surprise me. I've leased three Hondas from them. There won't be a fourth. So much for my free oil changes included with my lease. More
