Outstanding Dealership! I recently brought my Accord in without an appointment due to a flat tire incident. I rolled right through the service lane with my spare tire on and I recently brought my Accord in without an appointment due to a flat tire incident. I rolled right through the service lane with my spare tire on and Nick Esposito was immediately able to help me. The tire had to be replaced and they also found a nail in a different tire that they fixed for me. I would've been stuck again if they haven't gone the extra mile! While my car was being serviced I received a phone call to speak with someone about trading in my 2013 Honda Civic. I have been wanting to upgrade to a CR-V so I spoke with Jason about it and he had me right out and into a 2015 Mountain Air CR-V. This is the second car I am leasing from Honda and I plan on continuing to do so in the future. Jason Sepulveda was great and very attentive. He listened to what I wanted and what I could afford and had me driving off the lot in my brand new car! I would definitely recommend Jason and the dealership to others! More

Service not customer friendly. Bought several cars there. When it comes to service, its horrible. No communication between the service advisors and service receptionists. Not sure if they get commission but I attempted to speak to someone else and they just keep referring you to same service advisor. Receptionists gives out falls information makes me drive there and the service advisor tells me different. No help of any kind. Still waiting on a phone call back for the past 2 hours. Service is horrible. I would buy again but will never have my car serviced there again. More

Amazing Customer Service!!! I needed a new key for my Honda Accord as my old one broke. I called a tow truck to come to my home (which is only 4 miles from the DCH Academy Honda I needed a new key for my Honda Accord as my old one broke. I called a tow truck to come to my home (which is only 4 miles from the DCH Academy Honda on Route 9) at 2pm. However, they didn't get to me until 5:40 and the dealership closed at 6pm on this particular day. I called the dealership to inform them that the tow truck was running really late and that I wouldn't get to them until about 6:05pm - 6:15pm and was wondering if they'd be able to wait for me. Luckily for me they did, with no hesitation. I arrived at 6:10 and Enrique immediately began to help me and promptly began my service. I am so grateful to him and the rest of the Honda staff for staying past closing hours on a Saturday to make me a new key. If it weren't for them I would have been without my car until that Monday. I highly recommend DCH Academy Honda on Route 9. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and got me in and out in no time. Ask for Enrique, he will give you fast, reliable, quality customer service!! So my truck went in for service (lets note it is 3k miles into a certified used contract from another dealership) truck just got over $2500 worth of upgrades like tires, trans fluid filters so on and so four into a certified used contract from another dealership) truck just got over $2500 worth of upgrades like tires, trans fluid filters so on and so fourth. After an exhausting 3.5 hour oil change the rep comes out with a heart stopping list of things that need to be done. Like trans oil , power steering fluid wiper blades. Every item that was just replaced 3 months earlier. Also $817 to replace two great condition bushings. Which I later let them replace under warrenty (yet somehow the price went down $300 for the certified coverage). Something tells me customer rip off. So the point here is they push work on the customer to make money not to be an honest dealership. Something is wrong tell people they will fix it. Scam and people will figure it out and let the world know. More
