I took my car in for a standard oil change and insisted on that being all I wanted. The sales team would not let it go and kept pushing I get other services. Customer service is great but my experience with oil change refill level is done at minimum level, so after 3500 miles, I need to add additional 1qt of new oil. I have been coming to Academy Honda since 1996. This is the first time I was totally disappointed. I found the coupon while service being done for front break pads replacement and rotors resurfacing that w the first time I was totally disappointed.
