Hello Steve Hope you are doing well This is Eddie you asked me to email you What you would like to known? First of all when I signed the lease with Rashad he told me the service will be free but found out later that I been mislead and it is not for free and I have to pay for each service I make And when I talked to him he said he never said the service will be free anyway he was talking just for the sale to be done back then I had to deal with this xxxx every time I go for vehicle service Honda website say a price and when I go there it is a different price I had it The 15k service is 210 and my car mileage is 13k and I paid 240 and he want me to change filters additional $80 That doesn’t make sense at all I can’t wait to get ride of this vehicle and not honest people I will email you as well
