DCH Academy Honda - Service Center

I have always serviced my vehicles at DCH. I have always been afforded the existing discounts for service to my vehicles with or without the physical coupon. On my last visit I was not given the discount be been afforded the existing discounts for service to my vehicles with or without the physical coupon. On my last visit I was not given the discount because I forgot to bring in the coupon. As a regular customer for 17yrs I'm sure that I deserved this discount. We were uncomfortable with the initial estimate. When we questioned one of the items, they admitted it was previously done and not necessary. Due to the construction, the waiting area is horrendous (The onl questioned one of the items, they admitted it was previously done and not necessary. And Covid precautions are not strictly adhered to. More
