I am happy that you requested a survey. I was going to write a letter of complaint. I brought in my 2018 Civic for a problem which was diagnosed as a r/r speed sensor. The replacement part costs $79.09 an write a letter of complaint. I brought in my 2018 Civic for a problem which was diagnosed as a r/r speed sensor. The replacement part costs $79.09 and the labor charge was $495. I thought that was very high but paid it because I’ve been a customer since 2016 when I purchased a 2016 Civic and was very happy. Upon further investigation I realized that the only way that the labor charge could be that high must be other work performed unbeknownst to me. What I realized was a Multi Point Vehicle Inspection was performed. Because you performed these extra services to inflate the bill I will no longer be dealing with DCH Honda, recommending DCH Honda or purchase another vehicle from the DCH family. More
My car was taken promptly and service was completed in a timely manner. A needed part was ordered and delivered the following day, I was able to return then to have the part installed.
