Waited 3 hours because no one told me to check in. Got my ticket and was told to go to waiting room. I made an appointment due to tire pressure constantly going on. I had a 7:15am appointment and was met by the service rep on time and processed quickly. I brought my car in for a recall and asked them to check my fluid levels in addition to attending to my tire pressur on time and processed quickly. They took care of everything and gab me on my way in about an hour and a half. No charge. A very good experience once they finish rebuilding their waiting area. More
