I had appointment scheduled for Friday. I took time off from work but when arrived for service I was told power is out and computers not working due to ongoing construction. I had to resched I took time off from work but when arrived for service I was told power is out and computers not working due to ongoing construction. I had to reschedule for next day. This caused lost of time and money for customers and no discount offered by Honda. I won't be scheduling service at this location anymore. More
