This is my second time with Arthur as my service advisor in less than two months. I find him to be extremely professional, courteous and thoroughly efficient. Although the dealership is undergoing building construction/expansion, the staff and technicians overall are doing an excellent job from the intake process, the servicing and the workmanship, and with the customer experience all the way through the checkout process in spite of the construction. My experience with Honda service has been a very Positive one. One of the main reasons is the service manager, Sylvestre. When either of our two vehicles is in need of service, he ensures our cars are cared one. One of the main reasons is the service manager, Sylvestre. When either of our two vehicles is in need of service, he ensures our cars are cared for properly and my 2006 Honda Pilot has over 260,000 miles on it and still going strong, which attests to that.
