This was my fiest visit to DCH Academy honda. I was looking for a used car. I statred chatting with Tommy, he was friendly and helpful. he quickly made me feel as if I were talking to a good frie I was looking for a used car. He answered my questions and took the time to restate his explination when I wasn't getting a clear picture. With the steriotype of car salesman, He engendered a basic level of trust.
