Recently I brought my Chinese friend (who does not speak English) to Enrique to lease her vehicle. Since I don't speak Chinese, my friend and I communicate through a translation app. Enrique was so patient with us while I had to translate everything he told me to her and vice versa. After leasing her vehicle, we returned to the dealership without an appointment to go over the setup of some features that the car offered.
