My entire experience with the dealership was extremely pleasant. Alex (Alejandro) Mendieta was courteus, patient, placed no pressure on me and showed me all the fetures of the car I wanted to learn about. pleasant. Picking up the new car was also smooth and very efficient and Alex was with me all the time and was extremely helpful every step of the process. All in all, this was my most pleasant car buying experience perhaps in my entire life and already decided to get my next cara t the same place, becoming a regular. If anyone wants a smooth, professional experience, being treated fairly, and sail through the buying process I recommend DCH Academy Honda. More

These guys are out to rip you off and take advantage of you! They told my young son that the $8,000 in add-ons were not negotiable. Stupid stuff like Nitro fill (totally worthless rip off), crazy processi you! They told my young son that the $8,000 in add-ons were not negotiable. Stupid stuff like Nitro fill (totally worthless rip off), crazy processing fees, secure etch (?), Pro Pack (?), Service contract, lifetime oil change (rip off), etc. When my son mentioned names of Honda people I know, The non-negotiable price dropped by $6000. When he said "later for You", the price dropped even more. He walked out with them pleading for him to come back for a better deal. He purchased from Garden State Honda for much less than the DCH best offer. Beware! Most dealers are out there to deceive you and take advantage of you. Do not trust them!!! More
