I recently had my Honda Civic totaled and was in the market for a new car. I shopped around at a few other dealers and was having a bad experience overall. When looking at a Navigation System in the Honda Fit one salesman actually sighed & said "You know that's more money..." So, I decided to shop around for prices online because I was sick of dealing with people face to face. When I got my quote back from DCH Academy Honda I was pleased with the price so I decided to investigate. I asked them for the prices of some of their accessories in the Honda Fit with installation. Their prices were fair & they made sense. Some of the accessories were up to 150 dollars cheaper than at other dealerships, it was a pretty noticeable difference. So I went in to look at the car one more time with my salesman Michael Serra. He was a refreshing break from the other salesmen I had been dealing with. He was very personable, professional and fun to work with! He answered all my questions and remained patient while I just stared at the paperwork making sure I really wanted to do this for like 2 hours, :) For the financing part I also worked with Lily Li. She was equally amazing in the customer service department. I really got the feeling they were doing all they could to help me out with this situation. In the midst of all this, that was really nice and made me feel more positive about the whole thing. I would recommend DCH Academy Honda to anyone! More

To be fair, it was a Saturday afternoon, which is probably a busy time. It was also probably busy because it is such a good dealership. The price was reasonable, and the car is great so far (though I've only had it for about two hours). Overall, I highly recommend DCH Academy Honda and the aforementioned salespeople. More

When it came time for me to buy a new car, I was pretty skeptical. As a young, first-time car buyer I was worried I would get taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge of the whole "car-buying" experi skeptical. So, I brought my dad along with me and decided to go to DCH Academy Honda. As soon as we walked through the door, all my worries were gone. After being greeted by the receptionist my father and I began wandering around the sales floor. In a matter of seconds we were kindly greeted by Michael. He asked what I was interested in and we immediately walked out onto the lot and started looking at 2009 Civic's. I was specifically looking for a black or dark blue coupe, both of which he didn't have on the lot but assured me that he would be able to get it for me. With that said, we went inside and started talking numbers. When we sat down, Mike asked me how much I was looking to spend and how much I was able to put down. Being a full-time college student and only working part-time, it wasn't much, but he gave his all to get my payments down to where I could afford it. My father had him running back and forth to his manager with different deals and possibilities, but Mike never gave off any bad vibes. He actually made my father and I laugh and my experience dealing with him was very, very enjoyable. I could say it was even 'fun'. He even brought me a cupcake that one of his co-workers had made and offered my dad a drink while we were waiting for the banks approval. Once the deal was made, not only was I ecstatic that I was able to get the car, but also amazed at what a great experience I had with Mike. I could tell that my satisfaction and what I wanted were his number one priority, and he tried his hardest to do what he could in order for me to go home with a new car. He never tried to push the sale on me and was very respectful. Even though it took a few days for everything to be finalized (I did end up needing a co-signer, so finding a time where my mom & I could both be there was a challenge) my experience at DCH Academy Honda was wonderful. I will reccomend & purchase from Mike again without any hesitation. More

I visited DCH Academy Honda on the advice of a friend who had purchased a car there and had a good experience. I was looking to lease an Accord and this was the first dealer I visited. Khalil approached me a had purchased a car there and had a good experience. I was looking to lease an Accord and this was the first dealer I visited. Khalil approached me and asked if he could help me and when I told him I would like to see an 09 Accord EX-L, he had one brought around and we were test driving the car in a matter of minutes. He was pleasant without being pushy and let me steer the conversation. When I told him I'd like to have a price quote, he offered to price the car for me under both options and let me decide which I would like unlike some dealers that try to pin you down to whether you are buying or leasing before quoting. Our negotiations were smooth and pleasant and he was accepting of my price research which allowed us to agree on a price and close a deal. Dmitri in the business office was just as pleasant and transparent about the available lease accessories and pricing and was accepting of my choices without trying to sell me on what I rejected. The paperwork went quickly. The other staff people in the showroom were likewise friendly and pleasant. All in all, this was a positive car-shopping experience and I would recommend DCH Academy Honda. More
