All other dealers we visited only want you to test drive the exact (Color, seat type, audio system, etc) car you intend to purchase. This was frustrating and time consuming as I just want to drive the car the exact (Color, seat type, audio system, etc) car you intend to purchase. This was frustrating and time consuming as I just want to drive the car to see if I like the ride first before talking price. We made Academy our last stop and were greeted and introduced to Khalil. We explained what we were looking for (an automatic Civic LX). Khalil then said "let's go for a ride first to see if you like the car". My wife and I thought "Finally!". After driving the car we were presented with a printed quote for "a" car with the options I wanted(regardless of color). After some brief negotiation, we came to an acceptable deal. We then decided on color. Other cars we purchased elsewhere, we had to take the car that evening which I do not care for. Khalil told us it was up to us if we wanted to take the car then or pick it up the next day. The next day we picked up the car witout any problems. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Khalil is a salesman but is not over-pressuring and encouraged my wife and I to discuss our decission as he left his cubicle. I have owned Honda's in the past and used Academy for service without any issues as well. So far very pleased with the purchase. More

I recently had my Honda Civic totaled and was in the market for a new car. I shopped around at a few other dealers and was having a bad experience overall. When looking at a Navigation System in the Honda Fit one salesman actually sighed & said "You know that's more money..." So, I decided to shop around for prices online because I was sick of dealing with people face to face. When I got my quote back from DCH Academy Honda I was pleased with the price so I decided to investigate. I asked them for the prices of some of their accessories in the Honda Fit with installation. Their prices were fair & they made sense. Some of the accessories were up to 150 dollars cheaper than at other dealerships, it was a pretty noticeable difference. So I went in to look at the car one more time with my salesman Michael Serra. He was a refreshing break from the other salesmen I had been dealing with. He was very personable, professional and fun to work with! He answered all my questions and remained patient while I just stared at the paperwork making sure I really wanted to do this for like 2 hours, :) For the financing part I also worked with Lily Li. She was equally amazing in the customer service department. I really got the feeling they were doing all they could to help me out with this situation. In the midst of all this, that was really nice and made me feel more positive about the whole thing. I would recommend DCH Academy Honda to anyone! More

To be fair, it was a Saturday afternoon, which is probably a busy time. It was also probably busy because it is such a good dealership. The price was reasonable, and the car is great so far (though I've only had it for about two hours). Overall, I highly recommend DCH Academy Honda and the aforementioned salespeople. More
