The staff at DCH Academy Honda are far from what I have experienced in the past with dealerships. There is no "game" there. They offered me their best deal and went above and beyond to make sure the car- experienced in the past with dealerships. There is no "game" there. very friendly only problem car was not clean when taking delivery i did not wanna rush the process but they wanted to get the car out. This was the first time I had ever gone to a DCH store, This was the first time I had ever gone to a DCH store, and to be honest with you- I wish i had known more about them a long time ago. My wife and I walked into the store where we were promptly greeted by Ruben Arcila [sales manager]. The way this young man carries himself,as the Manager of that dealership, is absolutely amazing. He provided us with best service that I have ever recieved purchasing a vehicle. As the consumer, I shopped at one other store - that I would never return to- because they were rude and disrespectful. Ruben introduced us to the sales consultant, who appraised our vehicle for free and within 15 mins. The Sales consultant took us out for a ride in the Accord model that we wanted and showed us all the features. The sales consultants in this dealership really know there stuff when it comes to the Honda Product Line and I was very impressed with all the facts that he supplied us with. When it came to the negotiation of the deal- he gave us everything in writing, and got the car for us within 2 hours. The finance manager was polite and got us through that process in a professional matter. By the time I left the finance office I was escorted to right to our vehicle and Erich Tam went over the car from top to bottom. All 5s for DCH Academy Honda across the board- I understand that you can not please everyone 100% of the time, but the the service that I received at the dealership was the best I have ever received. The staff at this dealership should receive better recognition, and once sales increase again- Buy your cars at a DCH store - because they treat you the way you should be treated - I am a living testament.
