There was some confusion with my bank and some number-crunching was involved, and he was extremely patient as I made numerous phone calls to rectify the problem. Tim speaks very slowly and clearly in order to avoid any confusion, which was great for me, because I was a first time car buyer and needed to hear everything twice or thrice. You'll notice that some dealers speak really fast in order to confuse the customer and trick them into missing some important details pertaining price, fees, conditions, and so on. Throughout the process, I felt like Tim was on MY side and was looking out for MY best interest. His 19 (or was it 15) years of experience in the industry showed clearly as he dealt professionally and efficiently with us, his clients and answered all our questions confidently and in great detail. Although the service was great, I felt that DCH could've cut me some slack with my interest rate (my credit score is amazing and they gave me an 8.9% interest on my used car). In addition, I bought a 2008 car with 6000 miles. It is practically new so I was quite shocked that it didn't come with any roadside assistance or regular services (oil change, etc.). Other than that, everything was great. I saw the car on a Friday afternoon and bought it that Monday. With DCH Academy, it was just that easy. More
