However after I drove away with my car, Some one had notice a little minor adjustment that neede to be handled. I brought my car back i On Monday June 29.2009. To greet me was Adrian Acosta, the Manager, I explaine to him my dilemma and Mr. Acosta handled my entire situation with the most professional and up beat friendliness to have my needs met. With out a doubt Adrian Acosta the manager made me feel at home and ease my mind. Mr. Acosta made sure theat everything was taken care of and also in a reasonable time frame. So when you are in doubt with anything please be aware that people like Mr. Acosta care about there buyers and people and peole like him,who stick to there word, make people like me want to come back over and over again. This was my first good experience with a highway dealership. Everyone I dealt with was friendly & helpful. My sales person Marcia Dietrick was great. She called wholesalers the following day to find a buyer for my trade in & get me a better price for it. I had been deciding between a Honda Piot EX-L with RES & an Acura MDX. Her effort to follow up with me & work to get me a better price for my vehicle is why I chose the Pilot & will be reccommending both Marcia & DCH Academy Honda (Old Bridge) to anyone looking for a vehicle.
