We entered DCH Academy Honda just before closing on a Saturday evening. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. We told him that were looking for a new car and could he give us a price including taxes and everything else for a particular Honda Civic model. We told him that we were familiar with the car. He immediately got on his computer and gave us a price which he wrote down for us on the back of his business card. The price was less than another dealership and there was no haggling or having to go to a backroom to speak with a manager. We told him that we would probably come back on Monday to purchase a car. We returned on Monday afteroon and completed all the paperwork {including the 'cash for clunkers' material} and drove home that night with our new Honda Civic. It was that simple and there was no sales pressuring or maneuvering. We picked up our NY plates from the dealership towards the end of the 20 day temporary registration period. He demonstrated an excellent attitude regarding my desire to purchase a 2010 Honda Pilot EXL. He was not deceptive or agressive in selling a product and obtaining a quota.
