Our experience today at DCH Honda was very good. The salesman we worked with(KQ) was friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward. Lily the business manager was also very friendly and pleasant to work with. The only issue we had is that the whole process seemed to take a long time (which is why I rated the overall experience a 4 instead of 5). Went in to lease an 09 Civic for the wife. From the get go Michael was very helpful. Pretty good people. Went to the dealership this morning after previously dealing with Mark via e-mail and over the phone. Abbey was great, first we took a test drive and the Accord Coupe was as great as I hoped it would be! Abbey took all of my information, first for my clunker and then for the new car paper work. While we were taking care of the paper work the car was being prepared for me to take home. Dmitry handles the financing and he was also great, explained all my options and he got me a great rate on financing. Overall this was the best car shopping experience I've ever had and I look forward to being a long time customer. More

In fact, he showed me a couple of things in the new car that were also in my old car but I never knew about because my previous salesperson didn't give a tour! I started my search for a new Odyssey by going online late one evening and asking for a price quote. The next morning there was an email from Lauren Muglia with an itemized list of what I had asked for. She followed that up with a phone call and was just so nice that I decided to look at what Academy had in stock instead of going elsewhere. Lauren introduced us to Khalil Quraishi who took us out for a test drive. Khalil explained all about the car and answered all of our questions. Since we decided to use the cash for clunkers program it took us much longer than usual to make the purchase. Khalil was extremely patient and did not try and rush us in any way even though it was an extremely busy Saturday afternoon. Khalil then introduced us to Abdo Behary (another nice and professional Academy employee) who completed the paperwork in record time. I can honestly say that everyone we met was professional, friendly and so helpful during the entire process. We'll definitely go back to Academy the next time we're looking for a new car. More

We entered DCH Academy Honda just before closing on a Saturday evening. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. We told him that were looking for a new car and could he give us a price including taxes and everything else for a particular Honda Civic model. We told him that we were familiar with the car. He immediately got on his computer and gave us a price which he wrote down for us on the back of his business card. The price was less than another dealership and there was no haggling or having to go to a backroom to speak with a manager. We told him that we would probably come back on Monday to purchase a car. We returned on Monday afteroon and completed all the paperwork {including the 'cash for clunkers' material} and drove home that night with our new Honda Civic. It was that simple and there was no sales pressuring or maneuvering. We picked up our NY plates from the dealership towards the end of the 20 day temporary registration period. I would highly recommend this dealership. Elcris Matias was a model of a good automobile salesman! More
