Nitin Bassi, the sales consultant was extremely helpful, providing us all the information that we requested and following up with phone calls. He worked with my insurance broker to ensure that all the documents were in place prior to my coming to collect the car. I was absolutely thrilled when he told me that he will have the registration plates delivered and saved me the aggravation of a visit to the motor vehicle department. He even offered to help me drive the car home. What more could I ask? More

There was nothing but the highest level of customer service, salesmanship, product knowledge and overall friendliness from him to us. With working in retail I have not seen many people who have such a firm grasp and hold on what they are promoting and selling. I can only say positive things about my visit to this dealership. My mom and I were on a time constraint; even in that there was no pressure. Sanjay asked if we wanted to test drive the vehicle but we said no. Then he offered to give it a test around the parking lot. Just something something like that made a significant impression on me. It's the little things that I remember. I could go on and on. Adrian was a huge help. I had a quick question about a feature, and as he was on his way out the door he came over to the car explained and answered my question. So, I thought that was great too. George he helped out and stayed with my mom and I as Sanjays shift was over. He answered some questions and even explained things that I didn't know about. So overall there is nothing more to say than this was "MY" best experience in going to a car dealership. I have been to quite a few. I have a decent knowledge on cars but 11/21/09 I learned new stuff. That's what I like about Sanjay. If I had a question he knew the answer. It wasn't me having to probe to get information on the vehicle. He already volunteered the info and all I had to do was listen. Listening is a big part of sales. You want to get your point across but you want to hear the customer too. In this scenario, he passed with flying colors. My mom and I walked on the lot and within minutes Sanjay was there to help.
