All of the terms, price, and paperwork was throughly addressed through the phone and made me feel at ease with the long distance contact. Once I arrived to the dealership to pick up the car, I couldn't have asked for a better experience dealing with Timothy Crowley. He had everything ready for me (all necessary paperwork, ownership, carfax, etc.) and treated me as if we had known each other for years! We even shared a few laughs and had coffee together! I am soincredibly happy with my purchase, and will definitely be recommending Timothy Crowley, and DCH Academy Honda to all of my friends and family. After reading numerous reviews and visiting several dealerships in the central NJ area, my wife and I settled on DCH Academy Honda. Their price was great and, from start to finish, the entire buying ex dealerships in the central NJ area, my wife and I settled on DCH Academy Honda. Their price was great and, from start to finish, the entire buying experience was smooth & trouble-free. I first communicated with Harshad (HP) via phone & e-mail to settle on the exact model and price. Once that was finalized, I worked in-person with Robert to complete the sale & necessary paperwork. It was wonderful to see that the final price was exactly (to the penny) as quoted over e-mail/phone -- no hidden fees. The entire in-person process hardly took a couple hours, unlike other dealerships where I had to stand for over an hour JUST to get the proper attention from a salesperson who was trying to juggle several customers at once. The icing on the DCH cake is that throughout the entire process, the DCH folks were always very courteous, patient, eager to help and prompt in responding to calls & e-mails. Needless to say, price + quality + selection + service = a winning combo for DCH. Thanks again to Robert, HP and the rest of the DCH team. More
Vipin Rishi was the most honest car salesman I have dealt with. He didn't try and sell me a car that was not worth the price. The sales consultant Erich Tam is excellent. The most important thing is his honesty. He explains things objectively and help us better understand why the deal is the best deal. Mr. Tam is very patient, unlike many other sales consultants rather pushy, he gave us lots of information for us to consider and choose by ourselves. He is very considerate by helping us find a better deal against car theft. That's really a great deal. In brief, we finally decided to purchase the Honda Civic LX. Many customers are very happy and excited when you buy a new car at the dealership. But after they get back home, they may find out or realize where they were cheated. Before going to DCH Acadamy Honda @OldBridge, we went to Open Road Honda@Edison which was like a fish market. We literally wasted 3 hours just for a test drive at OpenRoad. The sales people @ Open Road Honda were very un-professional and were pressuring me to buy a car with out even test driving. They didnot have the color I wanted and were trying to sell me a different colour. They feel test driving is not really required and is waste of time before buying the car. Funny thing is I had an appointment with them for the test drive. Each sales person was trying to deal with 4-5 customers at the same time and of course the customer service would suck when dealing with so many customers at the same time. We literally stood waiting for the sales person for about an hour. Later that day, we went to DCH Acadamy Honda @ Old Bridge and we received an excellent service. Sales rep Jorge Maldanado was great and I would highly recommend him. He was very professional and honest. Even though it was snowing and cold outside that day, he actually showed me any car/color/model I wanted. He answered every question upfront with great deal of patience. It was almost 10:30 PM when my paper work was completed, he actually waited all this time, even though his job ends at 9 PM. The purchase was very smooth with no extra/hidden fees. After the purchase, he followed up to make sure, I was not having any problems with the car. I would definitely buy by next car from Jorge Maldanado@DCH Acadamy Honda(OldBridge). More

They think you deserve better as well. That's the reason why they go to such great lengths to make sure that not only do you purchase the car that's right for you (even if they have to let you walk away without purchasing it from them if you feel that the car isn't the one for you), but the entire staff is just about as professional and friendly as you could dream of. Brian Colyer is from the internet sales dept. I had sent out for quotes from multiple dealers from a website, and he is the person that got me into the DCH Honda of Old Bridge, NJ sales room after a couple of days of negotiations between a large number of local dealers on my part. His willingness to better offers that I had received from other dealers, as well as his complete professionalism and his treating me like a person who is to be respected as opposed to someone who is just a means to their quotas, all without having any hint of negative or un-trustworthiness in his voice, while at the same time not being too casual so as to make you wonder if they will continue to live up to the expectations once you walk in the door, is the reason that we gave this dealership the number one opportunity to complete a new car sale with us. Andy Lau was our car salesman and I can't explain in enough detail how comfortable he made my wife and me during the process. We talked to him for hours throughout the process, him explaining all of the details about the car, cars in general (helpful hints) and life in general. It helped that we went on a day when there was a snowstorm and we weren't preventing him from moving on to other sales opportunities, but I have the sense that he would have spent the same amount of time with us regardless. Reuben was the actual sales manager (not just a puppet or another sales rep. like some car dealers that try to play games would pull off) that my wife wanted to speak to in an attempt to squeak out more for us during the process. She threw things at him pretty heavily in order to try to get a few more perks for us, and to his benefit, while he couldn't add anything else to the deal (more on this later), he handled her pressure with respect, compassion, and honesty and in return I respected how he handled his business and clients as he simply stated that he was at the ultimate best deal that he could do and just couldn't go any further in what he could offer us. To prove this, I actually called a couple of other dealers while we were at the venue and laid out on the line what the deal was that was being offered to us and not a single one even gave us a line of "sure we can beat that, come on in and let's see what we can do", the others either knew that they couldn't even beat that deal or they thought that we were lying because it would have been so simple for them to even ATTEMPT to get us under their roof, and they didn't even try. Last but not least, Hussein from financing made that process as easy as it could have been as well. When there were options that I declined, he would simply state what the advantages could be of having those options, and when I would re-enforce my decision to decline, he would move on to the next item without making me feel like I was making a mistake to try and pressure me into anything which other auto finance departments consistently do. So all in all, there isn't a single bad thing that I can say about this dealer. Every step of the way, you will feel as if it is the perfect car buying experience, and flat out, it will be.
