I accompanied my son when he purchased his Honda Accord as a co-signor. Eddie was very organized, explained all the paperwork and made sure we were comfortable with the process. I had a number of questions concerning the purchase and Eddie answered everything. He worked extremely hard with your finance manager to obtain the best interest rate on my son's auto loan. I was very impressed with how seamless the process was. Eddie made me feel very comfortable from the minute we walked in. He's very pleasant, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on your products. What an asset to your company. I told Eddie when I need another car or know someone looking I'll definitely see him. I'd also like to express how easy it was to deal with your finance manager. He took the extra effort in finding a lower rate for my son's loan and took the time to explain the additional plans so we could make a good decision. It was an overall great experience. More

I actually left that day with little to no interest of purchasing the car which I really wanted. Today, I went to a couple of different dealers before landing at DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge. From the minute that I walked in I was pleasantly treated and asked my desire, within 2 minutes a sales person Andy Lau came to greet me, this gentleman was extremely pleasant, well mannered and had a great personality. Long story short, I ended up getting the 2011 PILOT, which I am ecstatic about a month earlier due to GREAT SERVICE, VERY REASONABLE PRICING and last but not least a phenomenal staff all around. Hussain Chaudhary their Business Manager was a extreme pleasure to deal with. If asked how I felt at DCH Academy Honda, my response would be “AT HOME”. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Sanjay and, ultimately, purchasing the Civic I saw on the internet (yay, you really did have that car, several other places we went to a few days earlier did not have the cars they had listed). I recently purchased a Pilot at DCH Academy Honda and had an outstanding experience. The place is well managed, well run and an efficient operation. It’s truly amazing. Harshad Panchal (HP) was the Salesperson I dealt with. I elected to go the internet route and the communication; both email and phone calls went very well. There was no nonsense at all. Once we had a deal we scheduled a date and time and that’s when I stepped into the dealership for the first time. The specific SUV, which hardly anyone had on their lot was parked right out by the front door when I arrived. I met HP and was handed over to the Sales Consultant. He handled EVERYTHING until I went to the finance department. Cody Martin is his name and he did an astonishing, extraordinary, tremendous, remarkable job. You select the word. The whole process of the paper work, test drive, getting the loan approval, having the vehicle washed, the brief demo on familiarizing us with the SUV and all this while keeping the time spent in mind which he kept to a minimum. Cody is a young guy that’s mature well beyond his years. He is bright, positive and very professional along with a great attitude. Make sure to request his services as you will not be disappointed. The final part was the financing and extended warranty. That went well too. Tian Reed explained everything and moved along at a quick pace too. Never did I receive any pressure at any point of the whole process to purchase anything more than I wanted and needed in any aspect. Not that it would have affected my decision-making process but it’s still nice not to have to decline countless offers and counteroffers. I took advantage of a promotion on the financing at the time and they did not try to use it to their advantage to sell me up on anything. This dealership is honest, does not apply any pressure, no hidden fees, is very straight-forward and is very professional. It almost sounds too good to be true but it is not. I plan on going straight back to them the next time I buy another Honda and would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I went back one month later to pick up my plates and have the remote starter installed and received the same service. I again dealt with Cody and the experience after the sale was no different than before it. I like the concept of dealing with one person who talkes ownership and handles everything instead of everyone getting involved. More
For the past couple of months, I have been researching car prices. I emailed to Mark and mentioned to him that another dealer had offered me a better price. He then told me that he would be able to match car prices. I emailed to Mark and mentioned to him that another dealer had offered me a better price. He then told me that he would be able to match the price. During the weekend, I went to the dealership to go for a test drive and to decide whether or not I wanted the car. The dealership was extremely busy and packed. I soon found Mark who told me he had matched the other price and Abbey would give me a reasonable trade-in price for my old car, so I accepted the deal. At this point, I was quite happy; however, this soon ran out as the waiting time for the test drive was endless. By the time we finished all the paperwork and were ready to drive away with our new car, the dealership had realized that my auto insurance company had already closed and that they would be unable to switch my insurance over to the new car. They asked me to leave my new car in their lot and to return two days later to pick it up. As I have already signed all the paperwork, I told them if I could not drive the new car home that day, I would have to cancel the deal. The dealership finally issued me a temporary insurance permit. I guess the profit margin would have been higher if I had agreed to leave the car there over the weekend so they would not have to spend any extra money. Another aspect I came to realize was that the new car did not come with a full tank of gas (less than 3q) as printed on the new car sticker. Thus, my overall experience with this Honda dealership has been decent and all the employees were friendly, there is much space to be improved in their services. More

Before that I would like to share past experience with other dealership so that you will get a better idea of GOOD & BAD I was planning to buy a new car from couple of months and I have visited around 9 to 10 dealership showrooms but my experience was not good, as some where people were good but price was not , some where price were good but service was not & some where nothing was good . I have shared that worst experience with you all on 1/4/2010 7:42:28 AM with Route 22 Honda (please check detailed reviews on 1/4/2010) & taken around 12 online quotes. First time I visited DCH Academy on December 31 st 2009 and met Lauren Muglia she was very fair, decent, courteous, friendly & straight forward, I liked that but at that time due to unavailability of vehicle I could not buy from DCH Academy. Now when I decided to buy, the first thing came to my mind was Lauren I contacted her she sent me quote and it was bit high. Then I visited them and Lauren Directed me to Abbey Samejo even she was very fair, decent, courteous, friendly & straight forward. She convinced me to buy Honda Accord LXP and once the deal was finalized Abbey directed me to Hussain Chaudhary (Business Manager) he was also very helpful and gave me fair advice. I would request people reading reviews should also post there experiences on this site so that others can take the advantage. Dealers should take the reviews positively it will help them to improve there services & attitude. More
