My experience at DCH Academy Honda was amazing. There was a wide variety of Certified Pre-Owned vehicles to choose from with low mileage. The customer service was awesome. He also was very attentive to my needs and made sure I walk out of the dealership with a smile on my face. I have never experienced such great care at an auto dealership as I did the day I purchased my Accord! I have always wanted a Honda Accord and now I have one! I love my car! I've been driving hondas since i was 17. One day i decided to lease a new one. My father told me to go DCH Academy Honda because they purchased a honda odyssey earlier this year. I was interested in leasing a honda civic or accord. I called and requested for Mark K. he previously dealt with my father on the odyssey he leased. I gave him my options and told him what i could work with as far as payments. I stopped in and met with Mark and he introduce me to a salesman, Khalil. We took both cars out for a test drive. After that I was really impressed with the performance with both vehicles. We got back to the dealership and went inside to talk about numbers. Initially I told them I was not ready to sign and soon as they heard that they said 'NO PROBLEM take your time." I was SHOCKED that they were not pressuring me to sign. They cared more about what I wanted rather then making commission. When you go other dealership they just want ripped you off but DCH was an awesome experience. About 2 weeks past and I was still trying to figure out payments and wanted to make sure that this is what i really wanted. I called Mark and I told i wanted to take the civic. He told me to fill out a credit application online. After a few minutes Mark called me saying " You have good credit but not enough established." When I heard that I knew that i was not going to get this car. After days past, I called Mark again I asked him if their is anything he can do for me because i wanted to take this vehicle home. About an hour later he left a voicemail. He had good news and DCH honda was approving me of the car. It made my day. Few days later I came in to take a look at it and fill out the proper paper and a few minor issues with the insurance company but Khalil was very very patient with me. He is a great salesman. The best I have to say about Khalil is that he thinks of his customers first. He is very courteous and even offer me beverages as I wait. The whole entire staff is friendly and patient. I think with a great staff like this is a successful dealership. With DCH Academy Honda I was able to lease my very first vehicle and I'm loving my new car. I received the Internet price from Harshad Panchal (HP) and decided to visit the place. My wife was looking for the specific color. HP checked other DCH stores and told me that the desired color car was av and decided to visit the place. My wife was looking for the specific color. Jorge was my sales person from that point onwards. Jorge called me the next day and car was ready for the pick-up. I went to the store and worked on my finance and got the best deal on finance also. Jorge explained me all the paper work and available features about my new car (2010 Honda Insight). This is my third Honda car and no one, ever explained the car features the way he did. Thanks a lot! I drove my car home as promised and Jorge called after few days just to make sure if I had any questions. I am happy to say I purchased one from Jorge. Me and my wife recently leased a 2010 Honda Odyssey from this dealership, this was our first purchase from this dealership. When I called for price quote and vehicle availability the call was answered by Ch this dealership, this was our first purchase from this dealership. He gave me a price quote promptly which looked pretty reasonable, he was very nice and honest while giving the quote. When we arrived at the dealership we were told that Khalil Qureshi will be our sales person. He was very friendly, caring and easy to work with; he explained every detail about the vehicle. The buying process was very quick, with no surprises and pressure. The finance manager Hussain was also very friendly and helpful. He did offer some warranty programs which I declined but he simply said that was fine; we continued signing the papers as there is a lot of paperwork involved with leasing. This was the most pleasant car dealership experience I have had so far in my life. I am definitely going to recommend this dealership to my fiends and family. More

I went to another Honda dealer close to my house and placed the order for specific model and color, however after multiple promises to find it for me I received the phone call from sale person evening before my wife birthday saying they were not able to get the color I requested and offered another one(which my wife dislike). I was really upset and didn't know what to do. Next morning I decided to call other dealers and check if anyone can get me the car within few hours. All guys were great, they called me with updates about their progress constantly, and around 4pm I received the good news.Mark told me they found color I requested in Paramus and I could pick my car following morning. I explained to him that I need it tonight, he put me on hold for about a minute and then said "OK, not a problem". Michael and other guys drove to Paramus and by 7pm I had new car for my wife. Thank you all for pleasant experience and for not letting me down. More

We have now purchased three vehicles from DCH Academy Honda, and with four more up and coming drivers in the family, I'm sure we will be back! The pricing is honest, the transaction proceeds quickly and smoothly, and you do not feel pressured to make unnecessary purchases that you do not want. Our salesman, Edward Moy, was very friendly and helpful. When I returned the following day to to retrieve my other vehicle and expressed minor dissatisfaction with the way the car had been cleaned the night before, Mr. Moy immediately bought me to the service area; and when they were very busy, he recleaned the windshield himself! You don't find customer care and service like that every where!! More

I was prepared for some sort of haggling as most dealers love to change the terms at the last minute, but that was not the case here. Andy Lau was my sales person and he was easy to work with. He answered my questions patiently and I felt no pressure. When I was negotiating the price of the car over email before visiting him, Andy was very detailed with with his responses, so that made be feel comfortable that there would be no surprises when I went into purchase. I did have another offer from a different dealer that was a bit less in price, but I sensed that they were not being totally honest with me. So I decided to take Andy's price, although a bit higher, and save myself the stress and haggling. It was a good decision. The finance manager was also easy to work with. He did offer several extended warranty programs, but I declined his offer, and he simply said that was fine and we moved onto signing the papers for the car. The dealership was an hour drive from my home, but it was well worth it. As long as this dealership's pricing continues to be competitive, I will not hesitate to buy from them again knowing that they will deliver what they promise. More
