I was generally pleased with the overall process of buying my new Honda CRV. I traded in an Audi A4 and while I was not completley pleased with the trade in price they initially offered, they came up a buying my new Honda CRV. My salesman Sanjay was terrific, he went the extra mile, explained all my options, worked hard to get the most for my two trade-ins, his f pressured.
