My salesman was Nitin Bassi. He was wonderful. He got everything done for us, and instead of waiting around for the car to be cleaned, my husband and I went to lunch. We came back and waited for maybe 10 minutes for the finance manager, Hussain Chaudhary. Everything was simple and fast. I hate waiting at dealerships that take hours to process paperwork and try to haggle prices with you. I had a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. I'll continue this review once I receive the extra accessories that I purchased for my car. We went to three dealerships before we ended up at DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge. The other 2 dealers we went to were engaged in deceptive practices, claiming to give you low prices and then cheating Academy Honda in Old Bridge. However, at DCH Academy Honda, there were upfront with the whole transaction. We are particularly grateful for 2 individuals, who were immensely helpful throughout this transaction. Sunil Fernandes, the Sales Manager helped us locate a Honda Odyssey with exactly the right color and model we were looking for. Not only was he efficient and courteous, but we were pleasantly surprised but his level of professionalism and efficiency in making our transaction go smoothly. There were no hidden deals or catches - everything went smoothly as promised. Sunil told us the purchase price of the car, which was the lowest of the three dealerships and helped us with our trade in which was more than fair. Sunil then referred us to one of the salesman , who helped us finish the paperwork. Michael Serra, the sales associate was also an excellent individual to work with. He was efficient in having us fill out all the paperwork and helped us navigate through the whole process very smoothly. Michael Serra went the extra step and stayed with us even though the store had closed, he told us how to use the car and all its features. He was very personable and knowledgable. Michael Serra then told us that if we had any problems , we were more than welcome to contact him. The business manager, Lily helped us finish the paperwork. She also was very efficient and competent. Overall, I cannot rave enough about this car buying experience. DCH Honda was a dream to work with. I wish I had gone to them first and avoided the headaches the other two dealerships gave us. Usually we are very cynical about car dealerships and the games they play, but I am pleased to report none of these games were evident at DCH Academy Honda. More
