The reason I was lead to share my experience about this transaction may be summed up in this manner: We purchased a used car for between 5 and 10K, however Sanjay provided exceptional service as if we were purchasing a $90,000 vehicle. When we walked into DCH Old Bridge we were warmly greeted by the Sales receptionist, who in turn introduced us to our sales consultant, Sam Beshay. He was very polite & friendly and asked us what vehicle we by the Sales receptionist, who in turn introduced us to our sales consultant, Sam Beshay. He was very polite & friendly and asked us what vehicle we were interested in. We looked at a few models in the showroom and Sam also brought around front the Crosstour for us to look at since this was not a model that was displayed in the showroom. Sam was very knowledgeable on all of the Honda models and was able to answer all of our questions. He was extremely patient with all of our questions (even though we probably asked them more than once). Not once was Sam pushy and he gave us the space we needed to talk amongst ourselves. We ended up taking a test drive in a CR-V and I fell in love with the vehicle. We ultimately purchased a CR-V and we were extremely happy with our negotiations with Sam and the DCH dealership. We would highly recommend potential buyers to visit DCH Academy Honda and would absolutely advise them to ask for Sam Beshay! More

Very delighted to work with Sam B. in Honda New Car Sales. Sam had great follow up skills, and he showed extreme patience upon all 3 visits before buying our FIRST EVER brand new Honda - 2010 Civic Hyb Sales. Sam had great follow up skills, and he showed extreme patience upon all 3 visits before buying our FIRST EVER brand new Honda - 2010 Civic Hybrid. On the first visit, we test drove the Honda Insight. We explained that we needed to do our homework as we wanted to also test drive a Toyota Prius since this was our first hybrid car. After testing the Prius, we explained to Sam that the Prius was quieter. He asked us to come back for a second test drive to make sure. Since I did ntot like the Insight due to wind noise at higher speeds, Sam had the Civic Hyrid pulled out from the snow it was buried in. I explained that my wife had to also test drive it and I had to come back with here. We did on the next Tuesday (Jan 25). After test driving it, we purchased the car, and he wanted us to take the car that night. I explained that although I would agree, I really could not look at the car for perfection - meaning scratches, etc. Sam also noted with the dealers's checklist that the owner's manual was missing and that it would be special ordered. Of course, on Wednesday we had a snowstorm, and on Thursday, when Sam followed up, I explained there was a scratch on the dash. DCH Academy Honda delivered on the owner's manual, on repairing the scratch, and on repairing the TPMS sensor in one tire. A dealership is not considered great on having no imperfections, but more on the management of exceptions - this is where Sam, dealership management, and the dealership support staff at the dealership really follow through to excellence. It is for these reasons why DCH Academy Honda has received a high rating in all categories. More
