The last time I purchased a car (at another dealership), I was there all day. I was able to choose my car, test drive it, and arrange financing in under three hours. Sam made sure my car was impeccably clean before I took ownership of it. He went through all the features of it with me and gave me his business card so that I could call him if I had any questions. I'd visited five New Jersey Honda dealerships already when I drove into their used car lot expecting yet another disappointment. My goal was simple; to find a clean, used Accord for the right price. If I was pressured or pushed toward any car that didn't fit, I'd be on to the next dealership before the dust and smoke cloud settled. There are plenty to choose from, after all. I was introduced to salesman Brian Brower, whose genuine manner and good-natured conversation quickly set him apart from other salespeople I've dealt with. We took a fairly brief tour of Academy's used inventory before I found the car that "spoke to me". A test drive later and I was ready to negotiate a price. Everything just fell into place. We haggled like old friends until I got a price that I was happy with. We discussed financing and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Honda could beat my bank's rates. Before I knew it, the paperwork was finished...painlessly. My spotlessly detailed '07 Accord EX-L was delivered to my place of work the next business day. Thanks, Brian! I'd certainly recommend this dealership. Finding a car can be a bit traumatic. Had been searching for a used car on the internet for about two weeks and had visited several dealers to see the actual cars I had narrowed down in my search. After calling the first dealer to make sure they still had the car, and they said they did, when I arrived, NO CAR, worse then that they tried to pressure me into another car, I Just left...The next several dealers would not leave me alone, you know how car salesmen can be. Back to the computer.. I found a car on DCH HONDA site and met Dave Mazurek, Internet sales director on line and he assured me the car i was interested in was available. Went to the dealership and found the car on the lot, looked it over for 10 minutes and not one salemen hit the lot, they actually let me look by myself. When i was ready, i went inside and was welcomed, asked who i needed to see, Dave arived promptly, took the time to explain all the options in the car and showed me how they worked, offered a test drive which i took, best of all worked out an offer I was very happy with. It was a no pressure, very smooth transaction with down to earth people that cared about the customer. Thank you Dave Mazurek.
