DCH Academy Honda

This was my 2nd time buying a used car from DCH Academy Honda. Obviously I was happy at my first buy which took me back to them again. This time i bought a Odyssey 2005. Though the car was "As is" for sale Honda. Obviously I was happy at my first buy which took me back to them again. This time i bought a Odyssey 2005. Though the car was "As is" for sale, the sales rep and manager took care few small issues on my request. I went back after 3 days for a brake problem they also helped me to resolved that. The sales rep and the manager were very friendly and pick/drop me from home couple of times during the whole transaction. I am very happy with the service and recommend DCU used car section to all. Let's face it, buying a used car can be a real pain. You have to spend a lot of time to search for the one, unique car that meets your requirements at a price that fits your budget. Also, a lot of car salespeople out there are real dicks and make for an unpleasant experience. I was fortunate to find my car at my price here. Vipin worked with me to find a car that I liked without the high pressure sales tactics and Joe was able to give me a good price without a long and drawn out negotiation session. This dealership did everything that was necessary to get the deal done. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous and professional. I was even impressed with how they used their computer systems to keep everything neat and organized. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience. More
