When we walked through the doors, we were immediately greeted by Sam Beshay. Later, Ruben explained to us the differences between buying a used car and leasing. I came to DCH Academy for a new 2012 Civic. I had done a lot of research before buying and had visited several dealers near my home. Unfortunately, because of my young age I was not treated well at those de lot of research before buying and had visited several dealers near my home. Most were only interested in getting rid of their 2011 models and were completely unwilling to negotiate the price of the 2012s. I was told to 'take it or leave it' and I that I was wasting their time. Frustrated by those experiences I decided to request quotes online from dealers further away from my neighborhood. To my surprise, DCH responded right away with the lowest quote of all the dealers. Much lower than quotes other sales people told me was the best I would find anywhere. When I arrived at DCH I was welcomed with a friendly greeting and impressed by their well organized scheduling. Having already test driven the car elsewhere, I sat down with Marcia Dietrick to discuss purchasing. She was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Unlike other dealers' sales people who always talked down to me, I found her a pleasure to talk to since she treated me with respect. I knew the final asking price was extremely fair and felt comfortable knowing my business was going to a well run dealer. I have and will in the future recommend Marcia to others. She went out of her way to personally deliver my car to me since I came alone. Even after the long trip home, she took the time to go over all the cars' features to make sure I wasn't left with any questions. She was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable.
