For the second time in four months, I had the same excellent experience with this dealer. I bought an Accord from this dealer in April and I had a wonderful experience so I returned when I decided to excellent experience with this dealer. I went to the same dealer and dealt with the same employee, Sam Beshay, to buy a CRV. He searched for my favorite color and he showed me everything he had in stock. I chose the car I wanted and he walked me through every feature of the car inside and out. I chose my favorite grey color with a nice black interior. He was extremely professional and was able to explain all the new technology in the car that I was unfamiliar with. I really enjoyed buying from him and the rest of the crew was great as well. I feel so happy dealing with this dealership and I always leave confident that I got a fantastic car at an excellent price. More

My husband and I had been planning to buy a Honda Pilot for weeks. We were going to go out looking as soon as we received our financing pre approval check in the mail. DCH Academy Honda had the models/mileage/pricing that we were looking for. Well the same day that the check came, our beloved maltese passed away quite unexpectedly from a sudden illness. We had the devastating task of having to buy a car the same day we lost her (we both were on vacation and had to buy a car asap for me to maintain my employment). When my husband and I showed up at DCH, Sammy Lucas greeted us warmly. After completing some initial information, Sammy showed us the cars we were interested in. He took us on a test drive so we could get a feel for a particular Pilot we were looking at. Once we decided to purchase the car, Sammy did everything he could to make it a seamless process for us. There was no haggling over the price, no bait and switch. Everything was as it should be, which was the opposite of what we were expecting. Sammy’s Finance Manager – Freddy, even beat the rate of the bank that we had the pre approval with by almost 2 points. This was a very pleasant surprise as our credit is not excellent by any means. During the sales process, I had to walk out a few times in tears. Sammy did not take advantage of the situation. He was extremely patient and fair. We got a fair value for our trade in (a little higher than we expected). After some further small bargaining back and forth over things such as taxes, trade in, misc. expenses, we purchased our certified used Honda Pilot. Overall, one the saddest days of our life had a positive ending thanks to Sammy and his team at DCH Academy Honda (Old Bridge). Their follow up since our purchase has been great and we would not hesitate to recommend them as a trustworthy, fair, professional, and kind dealership. While we are still mourning our sweet pet, at least the car situation is one less thing that we have to worry about. We are happy/satisfied with our Honda Pilot and we have Sammy and Freddy to thank about that. More

Nitin Bassi is a all round good person. That said, he knows his job very well. Knows his product and all details about the car you are interested in. I had been shopping around the new 2012 Civic EX over the internet and sent out emails to several Honda dealers in the state. The quote broke down all the prices and included the out the door price like I had asked. This WAS the price I paid for the car, no baloney dealer add-ons or anything. My salesman was Sam Beshay, he was great to work with. He made all the accommodations I asked for and did not try to pressure me. It was great working with him and I recommend you ask for him when you stop into the showroom. This was the first car I ever purchased and Stephanie and Sam made it very enjoyable experience.
