Leading up to the purchase of a 2012 Civic LX by my daughter, Michael was very accessible and answered all my questions in a timely and friendly manner. Michael was never pushy in trying to close the deal. The price of the Civic was the best of 3 other dealers we received quotes from. My daughter drove away in a Black Civic that was very clean and shiny, indicating great care in preparation for the customer. My daughter is very happy with the purchase but asked me to respond to the Survey since I did the ground work leading up to the purchase. I wanted a 2011 Honda CRV EX-L and had to trade in my old Nissan Altima. This is our second vehicle purchase from this dealership and overall we are very happy with both experiences. This time I didn't waste any time by going to any other dealership as I knew he will give me the best deal possible and he did it again. In fact, even when I considered other car makes, I came back to Honda because of the ease, convenience, reliability, and trustworthiness of the staff..... and of course I liked the product. This dealership is not the typical car dealer. They are so upfront about everything, it's hard to believe. They don't stoop to other dealer tricks and ask those annoying stupid questions you associate with car dealers. My preferred way of purchasing a car is thru the internet unit at DCH Honda. You can price any car and options you want. They will email you their no haggle, no hassle price. Trust me it will be lower than you imagined. Take your test drive before you do this or after. You get your price, they make it a point to make the internet price as low as you could get as if you came and and negotiated your very best price for it. If you want the car..... you simply go in and buy it. No hassles, no hidden cost, no problems. They ask you if you want etching. If you say no, they say fine. They ask if you want added protection, if you say no, they say fine. You pay.... You leave with your car. No hidden fees, nothing secretly added into your agreement. It is such a pleasure dealing with this dealership. So, reputable you'll forget its a car dealer. So, if you want a great price email them for a quote. You can do that right on the Honda.com web site. You want a NO HASSLE, NO HAGGLE experience. Look no further. This is the place. Finally, Robert Levine is a great sales guy to have. No pressure, no bull. I went to Robert for each sale. He is friendly and personable. Mark Kamatoy is the internet guy..... very accommodating. Hussain Nawaz in finance was very friendly and easy to deal with. Dmitry Rabakov in finance was also smooth sailing. All in all, the DCH staff is very accommodating. Go for it. You won't be sorry. Although we happened to get with Sam by chance as this was originally an Internet transaction, we are very happy we met him and would recommend both Sam and the dealership highly. Their pricing can't be beat and the overall customer service was a pleasure. From the time we drove up with our trade in vehicle to the time we drove home in our new car was about 2 hours. Sam was able to make the experience painless and the other sales personnel around the dealership were also very friendly, we were made to feel right at home. I purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot EX-L on November 2, 2011 from DCH Academy Honda on Route 9 in Old Bridge, NJ. I had initially visited the dealership on Saturday, October 22, 2011. Upon arriving on the 22nd, I was immediately approached by Marcia Dietrick to see if she could help. After explaining to her my situation (I was purchasing a company car), she described to me the different level of Pilots available and what she thought would fit comfortably into my allowance. I never felt any pressure and Marcia was extremely understanding when I told her that I needed to discuss the purchase with my wife and employer. I returned to DCH on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 with my 4 year old daughter to test drive the Pilot. My daughter is not shy and began peppering Marcia with questions during our test drive. Marcia answered every one of my daughter's questions (particularly regarding the DVD player which I ended up not getting) and treated her as if she was part of the purchase decision. I could not be happier with my decision to purchase the Pilot from Marcia and DCH Academy Honda. I have been back to the dealership several times to pick up some accessories and my motor vehicle documents and each time was greeted warmly by everyone I spoke to. Marcia has also made time for me on each visit to insure that I was happy with the car. More

I have been shopping for a new CRV since March, 2011. Iniatially I contacted Academy Honda online, visited other dealerships and test drove the vehicle at another location. My daughter and I thought we would give Honda one more look. Our online inquiry showed tht Academy had a better vehicle inventory than the other area dealerships. Mr. Tam's courtesy, knowledge about the vehicle and sincere conviction about the quality of the Honda product literally "sold" the deal. Mr. Tam was able to answer every question and offered information that was never presented in all the months I had been investigating Honda. His personal attention to my concerns and pleasant attitude made this the very best car purchasing experience. My family has purchased quite a number of autos over the years and I can honestly say I left Adademy Honda on Monday October 31, 2011 feeling very confident I had made the right decision. I am happy with my Black CRV and satisfied the price was fair and just.
