I had an offer for 17,000 for same car from planet honda by a rep there. I also came to DCH honda to see what the conditions and prices there are. Since the car was for my elder son I did not want to buy it by a rep there. I also came to DCH honda to see what the conditions and prices there are. Since the car was for my elder son I did not want to buy it without his presence and when the salesman gave the quote close to 23000 I asked for lesser price and informed him I will decide and come back. But I was pushed to accept the deal and in the process my son for who the car was is also upset he couldn't browse and look up options or decide on his own. I am not going to buy him any more cars so i am also upset I gave way to your rep and that too at higher price. Also The price I got from your own internet Rep is 17,555 including shipping and handling which clearly shows I payed lest $ 1000 more than the best price of car!! More

I came to DCH Academy Honda on two occasions. First I came 2 weeks ago just to meet someone in internet sales. I met Paul Rittberg. He was very friendly and helpful. Most of all he was not hard pressure sales.At that time I was deciding between the Honda CR-V and the Toyota RAV4. This past Friday I came back to the dealership and told Paul my plan was to visit 3 dealerships that day. Paul was very straight forward and listened to my concerns about pricing and fiance. He clearly explained the pricing and had no problem with me leaving to check with other dealerships. I left, but made it clear I would be back in touch with him before the end of the day. At my next dealership I found myself in the type of negotiations I wanted to avoid. The sales rep was giving me different prices but no details. I told him I had been to one dealer already and was going to go to another, after I left there. He told me none of the numbers he gave me could be confirmed without checking with his manager. He was not willing to give me his best price for the car because I told him I would not finalize a deal until I went to the third dealer that day. I felt a great deal of pressure from this salesman and eventually left that dealer with no intention of going back. The third dealership was better then the second but could not compare to DCH Accademy Honda. I made my way back to Academy and completed a deal with Paul Rittberg. He was very courteous and explained every detail. He had a great deal of patience and answered every one of my questions. I commend him for his professionalism. I also want to commend Vipin Rishi for his honest and straight forward explanation of financing. He was very helpful in helping me decide on what was best for me and my situation. The term and percentage were great and fit my budget. Vipin like Paul was very professional and made my car buying experience a pleasure. After the financial paperwork was complete Paul took his time explaining the features in my new car and answered all of my questions. I would recommend DCH Academy Honda and the entire staff to anyone looking to buy a car. They make buying a car a pleasurable experience. Something that seems rare these days. More

Robert walked me through all the steps and was amazing with my indecisiveness. He gave great advice and answered all of my questions. The process was painless! I also wanted to get the remote start integrated and it didn't take nearly as long as I expected. The night I went to pick up my car, Robert walked me through everything from the remote start, to all the alerts that could occur in my dashboard, to helping me understand how the bluetooth worked. So far, no disappointments. I highly recommend this dealership and Robert Levine. More
